This beautiful BAY SIDE Le Jardin town home is a 3 bedroom with a King bed in the 3rd floor Master, an additional Master on the second floor having a King bed and a bunk bed set in the third room. This bunk bed set has a Full bed on top and a Queen bed on the bottom bunk. Suitable for adults or children! The sleeping accommodations are perfect for several couples sharing the townhome or a family needing some extra space!
This townhouse has flat screen televisions, upgraded kitchen including a Keurig K Cup Coffee Maker, 2 Adult sized bikes for you to use while you stay here and a washer and dryer in the property. It comes with all the luxuries you could want such as an iphone/ipod speaker and a printer/scanner.
Enjoy the sunsets over the bay on one of the three outdoor areas. With a Private balcony off of the Master, a second balcony off of the second floor bedrooms and also a patio on the first floor with outdoor dining seating 6. The balconies and patio downstairs are a perfect setting to watch the colorful sunsets of the Emerald Coast and listen to the canon shoot off at sunset each night!
Le Jardin is in the heart of the resort, the Village, boasting restaurants, events, shopping and attractions. The Le Jardin pool is on the 3rd floor amenity terrace just a short walk away. As a guest, you will have use of the pool, hot tub, fitness center and the grills on the amenity terrace.

My family rented this property with another family. We could not have made a better choice. The pictures simply do not do the place justice. The house is very well decorated and extremely comfortable - we felt like we had found our home away from home. Also, the location was amazing. This was a more family friendly vacation than any trip we've ever had to Disney. Of course, the kitchen is beautiful and we certainly intended to save money and cook each night, but the restaurant prices were so reasonable that idea went out the window. We did use the grill at the pool but that was the extent of our cooking, so the moms got a break. I can not say enough about this property, the location, the cleanliness, convenience. . . whatever you need it's there. If you want to party, just walk outside your door. If you don't want to party, close your door and you can't hear a thing, or maybe we couldn't because we were exhausted after a day at the beach! The kids walked the ropes course, zip lined and bungee jumped all outside our front door. The only downside to this vacation was that it ended too soon and I'm concerned that I will never want to go anywhere else.
First off, I'm a pretty tough critic and one that takes a lot to impress. My family and I have been visiting the Sandestin area for nearly 6 years now and have stayed at several different venues and locations. Hands down this is the best I've stayed at yet. The property itself is everything it's represented to be and then some. The location gives you and your children the ability to walk right out the front door through the privacy gate and your directly in Baytowne Wharf, all the amenities, restaurants, activities for the family, harbor views etc are right out your door.
The rooftop pool is a bonus and makes it easy to take a quick break from the beach and enjoy the water, the gym and the beautifully landscaped surroundings.
The property manager Ashley was extremely helpful and always accessible as well.
My family and I look forward to our next visit and are happy to think of this unit as our home away from home.
Very nice condo, literally steps from all the action. Our boys loved it, we had a great time.
Beautiful townhome and definitely a great location to watch the sunset at night from your balcony.The management company was very accommodating and fixed the A/C as soon as it was out. The only problem was that the live music was close by so it was hard to sleep before midnight.
We heard about this rental through a relative. It was even more than we expected. The accommodations were luxurious and yet very comfortable. We felt a bit guilty that there were only 2 of us. We would definitely have our family come with us, next time. The property is beautifully maintained. The kitchen has all top of the line appliances. We chose to eat most of our meals out, but one could easily get groceries and cook very comfortably in the kitchen. The town home is located very close to restaurants, bars and shopping. We walked every where. We would certainly go back again.
My husband and two children (ages 10 & 11) stayed at this gorgeous condo last fall. The New Orleans charm, quaint courtyards and well manicured grounds was seen throughout the entire property. It was our first time visiting the Wharf and loved it! Literally steps away from fine and casual dinning, shops, and family friendly activities. During our stay we took advantage of the beach, nature trails and biking. Our children especially enjoyed the zip line, rock wall and play ground area which are moments from the front door. The condo was spacious, well-decorated and had top of the line finishes. The front porch over-looking the bay was my favorite spot--perfect for sipping coffee or cocktails! Our family will be making more memories here!
