We have been dreaming of country life for many years, but our jobs keep us both busy in metropolitan cites. We really enjoy the peaceful nights we’ve spent here and we hope you can appreciate this home as much as we did.
Yvonne Zhu purchased this estate in 2013
It is newly reconstructed and decorated with a sense of modern style. This house is also very close to 40 local wineries and vineyards and 15 minutes away from Pechanga casino.
In the morning, as the sun rises, the hot air balloons are slowly coming down from the sky, next to your patio and front door. When you are taking pictures at the exciting sight, the people in the balloons are also trying to make you to be a sight! Such extraordinary morning only happens when you stay at Palazzo.
Great stay, beautiful home. There were many burned out light bulbs. I was told someone would be coming to the house to fix them but never showed up. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again
This house was gorgeous. I could only dream of having a house like that one day. We loved staying there and was in a great location. The hot water was a lottle tricky at first but i wouls love to stay there again
Our group had a great experience during our July weekend stay.
Rooms were clean and comfortable for our group of 14. Everyone had a bed, aside from two gentlemen who didn't want to share. No issues with the utilities or services. Wi-Fi and TV were solid. Kitchen utensils were sufficient. I would recommend bringing shampoos and soaps, otherwise bathroom provisions were sufficient.
The check-in process was easy. James and I went back and forth over text and gave us all the information we needed. When he showed up, he brought us a bottle of wine. On short notice, he even got the UFC fight PPV event turned on for us, which was popular with the crowd.
The check-out process was fairly painless as well. James asked for the kitchen to be picked up, trash to be in the bins outside, AC turned off, towels in the washer, and doors/windows locked up.
My family and I were in search of a home that could accommodate about 12 people, close to my cousin's wedding venue and one of my big requirements was that each couple/family gets their own room. Although there are technically 5 bedrooms, there is a also game room that contains 2 twin beds and a futon so even though there's a lack of privacy because it's an open game room, everyone gets their own space. The house itself is huge and we could have probably fit many more people. The master bedroom is probably bigger than my last apartment with a giant walk in closet. The house was stocked with everything you need - utensils, cups, plates, pots/pans, towels...and a nice grill outside too. Some complaints though - my sister met up with someone to get the key and she was left waiting about 20 minutes past the meetup time (3pm which is check-in) and the AC in the master bedroom was broken which really sucked when it was 106 outside! A couple of the families got lost because the directions led them down a different route which was blocked/gated off, so I'd recommend the owner providing some directions in their rental guide. You do have to drive down some unpaved roads to get up to the house, which Uber drivers were not very happy about. And last thing to point out - you'll need to remember to ask for your security deposit back. It was almost 2 weeks and only after I emailed the owner did I get my $1000 back.
We had a family reunion in Temecula, and used this house as our base. It's a beautiful property - large open spaces, great view, quiet and secluded yet convenient to the Temecula Parkway, lots of shopping, and the very nice Redhawk Golf Course. Large kitchen, lots of space - we loved it. One very odd thing - there are three large second-floor decks, but only one of the three is accessible. [ This is why architects shouldn't drink and draw :-) ] While we were there, the A/C in the master suite wasn't functioning as it should; the agent, Jim, went to Home Depot and brought us a fan, which made a big difference (thanks, Jim!). All in all, we had a very pleasant experience, and will certainly book this again if we return to Temecula. Oh, one note: be aware that there are two roads named Highway 79: Temecula Parkway (79 South) and Winchester Road (79 North). We got confused one night, going to the very nice Bushfire Grill; the map showed it on Hwy 79, didn't specify North or South.
We rented this house for our family reunion over the July 4th weekend. The house is at a perfect location; close to grocery and winery, but secluded. The house has a very large kitchen area for our cooking fiesta and plenty of dishes and utensils. The super-sized walk-in closet became kids' secrete fortress. Everyone enjoyed the house very much. The owner/contact was responsive during our stay. The only down turn was that one of the beds has a loose leg and that worried us a little bit. Fortunately nothing happened. One of the families got some bug bites during our stay and we notified the owner. Overall experience is great and will definitely come back in the future.
This property is located in the heart of Temecula Valley's Wine Country and has an amazing view. Its location is exclusive and welcoming.
