Large 2BR, 2BA Corner Unit overlooking Gulf of Mexico!

Relaxed, coastal chic style radiates from this Gulf front, two bedroom condominium with accommodations for eight. This fully remodeled unit is located on the sixth floor in building D of the Dunes of Panama. Natural colored sofas with pops of aqua and yellow, billowy drapes and beautiful wood grain ceramic tile infuse the light-filled living space with a feeling of peace and calm. The living area has a queen sized sleeper sofa and TV and DVD player for those times when you just can’t miss the big game or for family movie nights.

The beautifully appointed kitchen is complete with creamy white cabinets, service for eight, fully stocked cookware, Keurig coffee maker, and gorgeous white quartz countertops. The dining area is comfortably furnished for family dinners or game nights. The table has seating for six and there are two bar stools located at the breakfast bar.

The coastal theme continues into the bedroom areas. Relaxation awaits in the gorgeous master bedroom featuring a king sized bed, full sized dresser, a wall mounted TV, and an attached master bath. The focal point of the master bedroom will be the views you see through the sliding glass doors which lead out to the balcony. The guest bedroom features two queen sized beds, dresser, wall mounted TV and also has its very own private balcony with views of the Gulf. The guest bath is attached to the bedroom and also has access from the hallway.

The unit is equipped with wireless internet, basic cable with movie channels, and a laundry center with a full sized washer and dryer

From the time you enter the front door of this beautiful home, you won’t be able to take your eyes away from the amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Your family will enjoy spending hours trying to spot dolphins and delighting in the beautiful sunsets from the furnished balcony.

Why Mark & Sharon chose Panama City Beach

We were sold when we saw the size of the bedrooms and that both have their own balcony with pool and beach views because it is a corner unit in D building. Many people have shared with us that they love to stay in D building because of the location on the property.

What makes this condo unique

Out of the 'party zone' in PCB. Many restaurants and shops in the area. Beautiful white beach and blue waters. Has access to three pools and the grounds are huge. Love that you can enjoy the pool and have access to a restaurant for drinks and food without leaving the pool area.

Great beach front condo

Beautiful condo! Nicely updated, very clean and steps from the ocean. The complex is also clean and offers many amenities. Centerally located to all PCB attractions! We will definitely book again in the future!

This condo was perfect. It was the perfect size for our group of 4. I was also really impressed with the size of the balcony and loved that each bedroom had its own balcony. Its also not a long walk to a great spot on the beach. We will definatly be back!!

Mark and Sharon's D603 is perfectly appointed for Panama City Beach; it is 'beachy', yet warm and comfortable, with a light airy feel and a beautiful view.
