MISC.

If you are so inclined to iron on your vacation :) there is a full size ironing board & iron for your use.

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING

Queen size La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa in living room. We have added an additional foam topper for comfort. Maximum sleeping occupancy of this unit is 4.

BALCONY

Your balcony over looks the Breaker's private pool and then on to the beach. The balcony offers great sightseeing and relaxing ocean sounds. It's a great place to sun, read, people watch or relax. An evening dinner on your private balcony can't be beat!

POOL/BEACH

You can relax at the Breaker's private pool area. There is an adult pool and a toddler pool. Villa #130 overlooks the pool and ont o the ocean. The best of both!

The pool is heated during the month of March and usually the first 2 weeks of April. This can vary and is up to the discretion of the property management company ASI.

DINING/ENTERTAINMENT

At last count, there are (at least) 20 restaurants/ bars within very easy walking distance! Several are located just outside the entrance and across the street at the very popular Coligny Plaza.

GOLF/TENNIS

Per the Chamber of Commerce, there are currently 24 GOLF COURSES on Hilton Head Island.

Hilton Head boasts 350 TENNIS COURTS. Public courses generally do not have a fee for court time. Private courts ARE available to the public for a fee.

SECURITY

On-site security is provided from Memorial Day to Labor Day (may vary slightly due to local spring break dates). Any changes are at the discretion of propery management company ASI.

About Bruce and Gayle Dwyer

We have always wanted to spend our vacations on the beach! Growing up in Toronto, Bruce has been a life long water enthusiast- sailing, swimming and beach combing.

Raised in Chicago, Gayle never saw the Ocean until she was 18 years old. That amazing feeling of seeing that awe inspiring Ocean for the first time never left her.

Hilton Head was the perfect fit for both of us.

Why Bruce and Gayle Dwyer chose Island Areas

We vacationed on Hilton Head several times and stayed at a friend's villa, right here at the Breakers. We grew to love the friendly atmosphere, the IDEAL location and the fact that we could park our car and walk or bike everywhere.

The Breakers is located across the street from Coligny Plaza, at the mid-point of Hilton Head's beautiful 12 mile beach. Here you will find everything you need from a grocery store, many restaurants & bars, retail stores, specialty shops and gift and children's stores. There is even a quaint movie theater!

Next door, you will find a public boardwalk with rocking chairs, swings, a frolicking fountain, public rest rooms, showers and change rooms.

This is the best of Hilton Head! Location, Location, Location!

What makes this condo unique

We love opening the balcony door and hearing the waves roll in. Conveniently, this villa overlooks the pool also. This is the ideal spot for people watching, sunning, reading or just relaxing. A romantic dinner on the balcony is a great end to any day.

The Dwyer's have the perfect spot for a couples getaway. We enjoyed the closeness of Coligny and all there was at our fingertips. Highly recommend! Thank you for the privilege!

Breakers #130

Great Location and comfortable condo! We didn't need anything else as far as kitchen provisions. The only suggestion I might make is a new mattress for the fold out couch! Otherwise, we were comfortable and enjoyed the amazing weather week!

Can't say enough good things about our stay at #130. We've been a fan of the Breakers for years, but now we've found our go-to rental for our annual HHI visits. This unit has the perfect location at the Breakers, close to the stairs & in the corner so you actually only share a wall with one other condo! The stairs also literally lead you straight down the path to Coligny Plaza. The condo has cozy, comfortable furnishings that make you feel like you're at home. We're already looking forward to our next stay here. I would give this condo six stars if I could!

Great Condo and Great Condo Owner

This is our first time at Hilton Head Island and couldn't be happier with this condo.Bruce and his wife has tastefully decorated and well cared for this place.I wasn't going to bring this up because it was so minor but there wasn't any linens for the sleeper sofa so I called Bruce to let him know I was just going to pickup a set a Walmart.Within 30 minutes the linens were delivered to the condo.That goes to show you how Bruce and his wife takes care of you and wants you to have a most enjoyable stay at their place.The elevated 1st floor helps you see the pool and ocean better with easy access to parking.After you park there is no reason to drive anywhere shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.Security guards have a station right at your ground floor steps and were very friendly and helpful.Everything from the condo to ground maintenance was as neat and well kept as could be.We will visit again.Thank You
