Our lovely newly updated studio condo at the Deer Lodge is conveniently located in the heart of Whistler Village and overlooks the Village Stroll from the private balcony - great for people watching and soaking up the vibrant energy and what Whistler has to offer! Everything is close-by: 8-minute walk to ski-lifts, 3-minute walk to IGA grocery store, shopping and dining literally right out the front door. The Olympic Plaza, which is an outdoor skating rink in the winter and a concert and performance platform in the summer, and Whistler Olympix Park for kids (a.k.a. Coffee Park because it's right next to Starbucks and Blenz) are less than 2-minute walk away. This unique studio provides a good separation between the sleeping (queen size bed) and living areas (pullout queen sofa bed) and features full size kitchen, generous bathroom, in-suite laundry, gas fireplace, free wireless internet, local telephone, flat screen cable TV, Chromecast, and a Bluray DVD player that also connects to Netflix – ready for a cozy night in the suite. There are also a hot tub, exercise room, ski and bike storage, elevator and underground gated parking. Our front desk staff in the building will be happy to assist you with your stay in Whistler and share with you the local hot spots! You can also purchase discount lift tickets and equipment through our Front Desk. Please inquire for more details!

We would be pleased to have you staying with us, enjoy our condo and all the excitement Whistler has to offer. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or to make a booking.

Other things to note:

1. There is a minimum age limit of 25 years to rent this condo. No smoking and no pets.

2. The Condo is a studio and is 486 SF. We have a Queen Bed and a pull-out Sofabed as shown on the photos.

3. The 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is already included in the rate quoted.

4. If parking is required, parking pass for the secured underground parking can be purchased through the Front Desk for C$15/night plus 5%GST.

5. For guests arriving before 4pm, please come to the Front Desk to check-in, get parking, leave luggage and start exploring the Village. The key will be released by 4pm. One the day of checking out at 11am, the car can be left in the parkade until 4pm of that day.

6. The gas fireplace is shut down by the Strata from May to November.

About Jessica

Sven and I are from Germany and Taiwan, respectively. We used to live in the US (Oregon and California) and now we call Whistler our home. We love snowboarding, mountain biking and traveling, and to be surrounded by nature! After being in Whistler for the last 6 years, we are still amazed what Whistler and the Sea-to-Sky corridor have to offer and how much we enjoy our lives here! So we are very excited to rent out our beautiful Condo in the Village to share the Whistler lifestyle!

Great location

Location is great, apartment has everything you need to be comfy; easy communication and quick response time.

Parking on site which was handy (extra cost)

Sofa bed set up could be better; With linen that was provided.

Overall a great stay we loved our time here

Lovely flat, good place to stay

We had a lovely stay in this pretty little property which was equipped with everything you could want. We would have given five starts except for two reasons none of which could be attributed to the owner. One was that the street we overlooked was having some maintenance which meant it was noisy and because they were using water to clear the gutters we couldn't use the lovely balcony in the evenings, which was a shame. (The guys seem to work quite late). It was lovely for breakfast though. The second was the hot tub was out of order, this was something we had looked forward too, to relieve out aching muscles.

Apart from that it was a super flat in a really great location, clean, well equipped (but surprisingly no iron, which was not a problem as we got one from reception) with a comfy bed. Very fast communication from Jessica when we asked about the iron. Great supermarket very near and lots of places to eat.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights for the Whistler Half Marathon. We couldn't have asked for a better place! The unit is quite large, and has all amenities and is in a perfect location. Took us less than 2 minutes to walk to the start line at Olympic Plaza. Even though the unit is right in the village, it's super quiet and you don't hear any late night party-goers. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back in the future!

It is exactly as advertised

The condo is really well situated and close to everything in Whistler. It has everything you can ask for! The kitchen and bathroom is updated and beautiful. Parking is available for $15 right under the building which is convenient but pricer than expected. The check-in is managed by the building which is incredibly convenient. It should be noted that since this condo is in the heart of the town, it is noisy at night! You can hear the partying all night long so be prepared to join them!

Village condo perfect for two.

Great space right in whistler village. We walked to all amenities and were a short drive from some of the most incredible hiking trails. Jessica was easy to communicate with and she outfitted the condo with everything you could need except an iron, but thankfully we didn't need one. The place was clean and bright and I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in whistler.

Great location and cute place!

My friend and I stayed at Jessica's condo for a girls trip and we absolutely loved it! It is cute, clean and had all the space we needed. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the village! I can't wait to come back to Whistler and would definitely stay here again.
