Master has king bed, ensuite with walk in shower and walk in closet. Second bedroom has queen bed, third bedroom has twin over double bunk.
All furniture, bedding, linens, etc purchased brand new in 2012.
Brand new sparkling heated pool installed in 2012. Geo thermal heating/cooling system allows for year round temperature control thus swimming 365 days a year. Pool can be heated/cooled upon request for $25 per day on short term rentals, minimum $100.
Quaint front enclosed patio to enjoy that morning coffee or how about lounging around the pool under the beautiful gazebo with a lake view. Backyard BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining.
Kitchen has granite counter tops, breakfast bar, pantry, tons of storage and comes fully equipped for the chef in your family. Main living area has vaulted ceilings and tiled floors with carpet in the bedrooms.
Laundry room with cupboards, washer, dryer and rack for drying your hand washables.
Home comes equipped with all large and small appliances, dishes, linens, towels, etc. Just bring your clothes and groceries.
Home has wireless internet, cable TV and local phone for your convenience. Television and DVD player in all bedrooms.
Large 27' double boat garage for storage of your vehicle and toys. Additional RV parking along house.
Located on a quiet street for relaxation after your busy day on the lake and at the beach.

We live in Alberta, Canada. Like many Canadians, we like to spend some of the cold winter a little further south. My family lived in Arizona for part of my childhood and we still have relatives in Phoenix so a property in Arizona is like coming home.

We love lakes for boating, skiing and fishing and have been frequenting Lake Diefenbaker in Saskatchewan every summer for the past 15 years. We chose our retirement home in Lake Havasu City so we can continue our passion throughout the year. Being near water was a must for us!
We fell in love with our home because of the open layout, the front enclosed patio and the beautiful backyard gazebo with a view of the lake. We installed a sparkling new pool with geo thermal heating system so the pool can be enjoyed year round with heat in the winter and can be cooled in summer months.
This is an awesome winter vacation home! We enjoyed our 3 month stay and at the last minute needed to stay an extra week and the owners were great in extending our stay to accommodate our needs. Thank you! The house is very nicely updated along with being very clean and organized! The new clothes washer and dryer were fantastic to use. Furniture and bedding was great and the walk in shower in master bath is fantastic. We enjoyed relaxing near the sparkling salt water pool and grilled many dinners on the gas grill. Sitting outside watching the stars and enjoying the view of the city lights, you can hear coyotes howling in the desert some nights. We very much enjoyed our stay and had hoped to rent again for 6 months next year but unfortunately for us it has already been rented to some very fortunate people. I know they will enjoy it! This was our first vacation home rental. We were very impressed with the house, we immediately felt at home here.
Jamie thought of pretty much everything when she outfitted the house, right down to the plastic margarita glasses! The furniture is in excellent condition, as are the linens, dishes etc.
Bruce and Jamie were always helpful with any questions or concerns we had, not that there were that many. Loved the salt water pool and spent most afternoons relaxing poolside.
We enjoyed the 2 1/2 months we stayed and have already booked for next year.

We just spent 6 weeks in this property. We have rented many vacation homes and this property actually offered up everything they said it would. It was well appointed with everything we needed, good supply of very decent linens and towels and the kitchen offered all the small appliances one might need, including a crock pot. When we arrived the home was very clean. The owners were great to deal with both during the time we were booking the property, during our stay and even afterward.
It is very evident the owners not only have a strong pride of ownership but also want to insure their guests want for nothing during their stay. We would highly recommend this home for you stay in Lake Havasu. We are already in the process of arranging to rent it again next winter.
