Instant quote--use 'BOOK IT' to view a quote and reserve the condo, or just give me a call and I will happily make your reservation for you. Relax and enjoy the newly remodeled and well appointed condo. This condo is only a few feet to downtown...very safe paved walkway with ornate fence to downtown. Beautiful mountain on one side, with lots to see, deer, squirrel, and other wild life. The 'ROOM' includes granite counter, plush queen bed, red leather sleeper sofa, contemporary art work, kitchenette with sink, 39 inch LED TV, DVD, Docking station for Iphones/Ipods. The room is furnished with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hot electrical pot for tea, and cocoa, and hair dryer.....Most amenities you could ask for, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bar soap, lotions, tooth brush, tooth paste, make up remover, brush, comb, razor, deo and etc.
There are tables and chairs on both front and back balcony. Beautiful patio downstairs with lots of seating, a rail bar, and several umbrella's, all with a mountain view.
Parking downtown is very limited, and expensive when you can find it. Our parking at Bella Paradiso is all 'FREE'. There are so may fine restaurants near the condo---Local Flavor is an excellent choice for any meal and the beautiful Stone House Wine and Cheese Bar is 'stone's throw' away. The Stone House has live music every Friday night. One of my very, very favorite restaurants is DeVito's (they have the best Trout Dishes in the world) Teresa & James are the owners. They will make you feel at home. The Rockin Pig is another great place for BBQ. Paul Daniel Gallery and Gifts is a wonderful place, do not miss it. There are just to many great place to see.
You will let yourself in the condo...There is a lock box on attached to the door knob on the street side. One you have booked the condo, I will e-mail instruction.
We have it all except!----Ice Machine (however, we do have a small ice chest in the condo for your use) and if you shop at AlPine Liquor Store they will give you free ice. They are located at 2036 E. Van Buren, just off of 62. Be sure to tell them you are staying at Bella Paradiso. The other thing we do not have is WIFI, however, if sometime it is available from the front porch. Cell signal are strong in the rooms. Riders are welcome! We have a large flat parking lot that is behind the building and easy to navigate on a motorcycle and room for a trailer.
Bella Paradiso is at the bottom of the hill below the Gaslight Vacation Home which is an excellent place for family events, wedding, etc.
Hi, it's GG and Terry Scott. We live in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. However, we spend a lot of time in lovely Eureka Springs. We visited Eureka Springs for the first time last March, for Terry's birthday. Our friend 'Damon' ownes 2 condo's at Bella Paradiso, we were staying in Unit # 9. There were only 2 units left. By May we were so blessed to find a way to purchase Unit #3, which is our Private Condo, then at the end of July we were blessed again to purchase Unit # 2 next door. That was the last oneor sale! We were happy and content. Then a couple of weeks ago Unit 11,(this unit) was for sale.....BLESSED again we purchased it. When Terry retires we plan on dividing our time between Eureka and Oklaoma City. We have wonderful Grand Children in the City so we can not be away too long. We still have one baby at home. Her name is Ruby, she is beautiful and a deep red color, with 4 legs. Ms. Ruby is 1/2 pit bull and 1/2 whippet and she loves everyone. I am sure you will meet her soon. Terry has worked for the same company for 47 years, he is Plant Manager. I am a retired Realtor. For the last few years I manage our Rental homes in Oklahoma City, we have 11 homes, and now 3 condo!! It is a full time job.
Glenna Scott (GG) purchased this condo in 2013
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.......That was the realtor coming out in me. You can do most thing, within reason to a property, but it is pretty hard to pick one up and move it.
LOCATION AND TOTALLY REMODLED!
This place was great! We had everything we needed for a few days long stay, including fridge and a cooktop. The location is perfect for walking into downtown Eureka Springs. Super comfy bed, and couch, and it comes with everything you might need. GG even provides some snacks! Highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Eurekea springs.
Our host was great and very accommodating! She couldn't have been nicer...the condo was clean, very comfortable, super location..we stayed a week over the holidays and enjoyed every minute. Kitchen was used regularly, nice to have laundry, ice etc...would definitely stay here again!
Just visited over Labor Day weekend. The condo was as described--very nicely decorated, well stocked with anything you would need. Upon opening the door, though, immediately a strong mildew or musty smell was noticed (likely not good for allergies). My husband had to spray (Febreeze on site) on a couple occasions to try to rid the ongoing smell. For dog owners--there's no grass closeby for them to go. The condo location was good --close to everything in driving or walking distance. The door deadbolt has some locking challenges and the chairs on the porch were super uncomfortable. Overall, the condo complex was very quiet--you could never tell you had neighbors.
She had everything you could possibly need plus more! Not a single complaint or request for more. It was amazing! Nice location, friendly neighbors, quiet surrounding, looked secluded but was very close to downtown.
GG is amazing and she will work with you. Her place is gorgeous and has everything you need. It's walking distance to downtown. She has cable tv and wifi. There is a relaxing balcony with a table to enjoy your mornings or evenings. There are laundry services available and an ice machine. The fridge is perfect to bring your own food and cook. The bed is super comfortable. The couch is also very comfortable. The fridge is stocked with drinks and she has snacks provided. It feels so welcoming and like home. It's my fave place to stay in eureka!
This studio is true to its listing and photos. My husband, our dog (a 55-lb Lab mix), and I stayed for a four-day weekend over July 4th. It's a great and easy walk from the studio into the heart of historic Eureka Springs. The studio was clean and the space was comfortable. Nice bed, nice bedding, clean and updated bathroom. The kitchenette was nice. We didn't realize there wasn't a stovetop of any kind (we like to cook our own breakfasts when we VRBO) and couldn't figure out how to work the hot plate. But otherwise, the kitchenette was generally outfitted with what we needed. And the snacks, as other reviewers have said, were a nice touch!
We only did the walk into historic downtown twice and didn't ever really get a chance to check out the shops, galleries, and restaurants as much as we would have liked because it's not a very pet-accessible town (narrow sidewalks, not a lot of restaurant patios, not a lot of "green" park space in the historic district for pups to stretch their legs or take care of business). We mostly drove out of town to explore. We did the Belle of the Ozarks lake cruise ($23 for 75-minute ride around Beaver Lake). It was enjoyable and worth it—and our pup was allowed to ride with us. We also fished the White River below the dam on Beaver Lake, which was a gorgeous experience—the river is so cold and clear, it's unreal. Another day, we drove up to Roaring River State Park in Missouri (only about 30 minutes) and that was also a very pretty state park with a beautiful river, fishing, and great 3.75-mile hiking loop. We didn't make it to Thorncrown Chapel, but really wish we would have!
Had a glass of wine at Keel Creek Winery on their very nice outdoor patio/yard. Had dinner right across the street from the studio at Casa Colina and that was nice (dog-friendly deck!)—pretty quality food and drinks. On the way back from Beaver Lake, had dinner and drinks and enjoyed live music at Anglers (our favorite stop)! Walked all the way through downtown and up the hill the other side to Brews, which we highly recommend for a pint! Cool space, cool staff, fun walk up there. (Things close down early on Monday nights!)
We'll definitely come back to E.S. because we really feel like we didn't get to experience the town as much as we would have liked. We just won't bring our dog next time! And we'd certainly consider staying at Bella Paradiso again (though some of the out-of-downtown lakeside cottages are appealing!).
Fun, Fun, there are so many things to do and see. First take a walk through Historic Downtown. Then visit the Basin Park Balcony Restaurant, rest and people watch. Then stop in and shop at some of the local shops, like Christopher's, Paul Daniel Gifts & Gallery, The Town Shop, and the Gourment Eureka. There are many, many, all wonderful! You will not be able to see everything in one weekend. Take a drive on highway 62 East, shops after shops, be sure stop in at The 'Fresh Harvest Tasting Room' it is a tasting party. Olive Oil and Balsamic Pairing Samples, you will love this shop...All of the olives a hand picked, very educational. Take a tour of Keels Creek Winery, and the Railway Winery. Then take a quick tour of the Crescent Hotel, and the Thorncrown Chapel. Then come back and have a cocktail on our patio and visit with some of the owners and guest of Bella Paradiso. After relaxing try one of our many locally owned restaurants.
We do not have WIFI, (however you can pick it up on the patio most times) or a Ice Machine at this time. We do offer small ice chest in the rooms.
