Everyone is worthy of a wonderful vacation in TopSail at Worthy! This home is PERFECT for vacationing! It is perfect for a single family with lots of kids, or multiple families, possibly multiple couples, or multigenerational families. Located on a quiet street with an unobstructed view of the beach.

This 1st row home offers Oceanfront views! This gorgeous duplex has 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, 2 Full Beds and a trundle bed with 2 singles) The second floor master has a trundle bed should someone have small children. EACH bedroom has it's own full bathroom that is ideal for privacy! Please note that only the Master has a tub; showers are in all bathrooms. There is also a POOL that is shared by only 4 units!

There are 2 large balconies that face the ocean that offer incredible views of the ocean that will take your breath away and calm your soul as you watch the waves roll in. You can sit back on the upper deck on one of the large Adirondack chairs with your morning coffee watching the dolphins swim by or enjoy the comfort of the seating areas on the large deck located off the 2nd floor master. The duplex is so close to the ocean that it will lull those in the master suite to sleep at night. In addition there are 2 decks out back that face the intracoastal waterway which provides a serene atmosphere that is perfect for quiet time or sunset cocktails. There are fabulous water views from almost every room.

The floor plan is a perfect vacation home layout with 3 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor and the second master is located toward the back of the 3rd floor quietly separated from the rest of the living space.

There is a large modern kitchen equipped with everything a chef needs to prepare a delicious meal or if going out is in the plans, we are located just minutes from some of the best dining Topsail Island has to offer. Also easily accessible are the variety of shops available for those times our renters need a reprieve from a day at the beach. Our home will be your perfect getaway for years to come! You are worthy of a fantastic and relaxing vacation. You will find that at Worthy.

Our home is located on a dead end street, which provides safety for kids and reassurance for parents. There is a playground 3 blocks away for the end of the day when you are finished with the beach but not fun.

Why Megan Casey chose Topsail Island

As my nieces and nephews have all pointed out when they saw the beach house- it is nicer than your house. I fell in love with this house because the kitchen, the view from the decks and the amazing showers. I loved it because it is a place that anyone can rent because of the convenience of the elevator. And the pool is another bonus. This beach house is a great place for my family to enjoy and for yours too.

There is a seahorse bedroom, a mermaid bedroom, a fish bedroom and a squid bedroom!

Excellent vacation!

Worthy was a great choice for our family vacation this Fourth of July week. The location was perfect for easy beach access and the view and sounds of the ocean were easy to take in from the balcony. We received a warm welcome and goodbye from the owner who wanted to make sure our stay was everything we hoped for. We would definitely head back Worthy the next time we vacation on Topsail.

My family and I had a wonderful week at "Worthy". The house was very nice and we had everything we needed. Especially enjoyed the elevator to help get out luggage and things up.

The pool was great, and very clean. Almost like having a private pool. The view of the ocean from the top balcony was like being on the beach. It was great!

Worthy proved to be a really nice place. Very clean and well kept inside and out.

"Worthy" was the perfect place for us to stay on a beach vacation. Large spacious kitchen and living room. Kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking necessity's and was opened to the living room that had plenty of seating with a large TV and balcony. The 4 bedrooms were very spacious and accommodating. The 2 ocean side balcony's gave a great view of the ocean. We spent time there in the mornings watching the dolphins. The chairs and table provides a great place to eat and relax while listen to the waves. You can walk out the door and be on the beach in under a minute. The owner was very nice and made sure that we had everything we needed. We would recommend this great beach house to anyone looking for that perfect place to stay.

It is on a quiet street close to local bars and restaurants. Surf City is a quiet beach island for those who enjoy the ocean and all an ocean vacation has to offer.

Beach access is close by 4 houses down at 9th St. This access offers handicap beach access.
