Remodeled in 2013, 12th floor, in the Shores of Panama! Reserved parking spaces on the 5th and 12th floor for our unit. Our condo is a spacious 1,148 sq.ft, with an additional 121 sq.ft. balcony.
No dirty carpets ... Upgraded amenities including Wood Tile Floors throughout, key code locks so no more keeping up with cards, Granite Countertops, Washer/Dryer, Flat Screen TV's, private door for the bunk room, new plush mattresses in each room, new loveseat and couch/queen sofa bed, freshly painted throughout and much more. Free Secure Wifi Internet in the room.
The Shores of Panama has one of the largest pools in all of Florida, nearly 20,000 square foot of lagoon pool and outdoor hot tub featuring waterfalls, fountains, two tiki bars, and exotic tropical landscaping. There is also a large, heated indoor pool & hot tub, a fitness room, and a full service spa. The Shores of Panama was created to be more like a resort than just another condo building on the beach!
Several outstanding restaurants are within a short walking distance, including the world famous Pineapple Willy's right next door and Dee's Hangout across the street.
'Willy's Pier Bar' is located next to Pineapple Willy's which is a great place for live music. Just across the street is a Super Wal-Mart, Dee's Hangout Restaurant, Coyote Ugly, Waffle House, Putt Putt Golf, Arcade, Go-Karts, Ripley's, Zoo World and many shops and restaurants.

There is an 8 person maximum for our unit.
Amenity fee's are not included in pricing and have to be paid at the front desk upon arrival. The owners have no control over these fee's as they are required by the Shores of Panama. Paying the fee allows you access to the pool, beach, hot tub and other amenities. The sales office in the lobby (amenity fee's) will issue a maximum of 8 armbands for our unit.

We only rent Saturday to Saturday during Summer peak seasons.
We travel with our jobs a great deal so having somewhere to get away and relax is very important to us. We love the Shores of Panama and we know you will too.

We have been coming to the Shores of Panama for many years with our family and friends and love it. The pool is like nothing else in Panama City Beach. Being able to walk to Pineapply Willy's from the beach is a huge plus to us.
This condo has views of the pool and the beautiful ocean can be seen from the kitchen and living room. Early morning risers can view the dolphins from the balcony.
This unit met all our needs for a family with 4 teens. Plenty of space for all to spread out and having 3 bathrooms was great. The kitchen is better stocked than most rentals. There was everything we needed prepare a Christmas ham dinner. The washer/dryer works very well, much better than in other rentals we have stayed. The location is great, right on the beach and close to everything in the area. Many attractions are within walking distance. The dedicated parking spot on the same floor as the unit makes loading/unloading much easier. No need to find a cart since the parking area is just down the hall from the unit, but far enough away where you don't have any vehicle noise in the unit. The availability of a few beach chairs and beach toys for use in the unit was very convenient, especially since we didn't take that kind of stuff on this trip. Other items to note, the 3rd bedroom is not a full bedroom, but an area big enough for bunk beds and it has it's own bathroom. This worked out great for our family since two teens were very happy to have a door that closed, their own bathroom and didn't have to sleep on the pull-out sofa in the living room. We have stayed in other units that have bunks that are in an open are in the hall, this was definitely better. Also, the Xbox is the original. I was happy to point out to my teens that I got a unit with Xbox. They just laughed at me since (according to them) it is an original Xbox. I greatly appreciated having it available, but if you have one at home your kids will not be impressed (unless they going retro!) Although if your kids like the beach or pool, they won't care since both of those are right there and won't be inside much! Spectacular views from the balcony! Also, a great location if you are looking for somewhere to stay for Ironman. Less than a 1/4 mile to race venue. We will be back.
This unit was lovely and dealing with the owner was a pleasure. We hope to return next fall.
The condo was very accomodating and very clean. We would definately love to stay again. And will tell friends about who are looking fir a nice place to stay. The queen mattress was a little too soft for me and the pillows flat. But we slept well. Had an awesome time
This condo met all of our wants. Very comfortable beds. We had eight people and had no issues. This condo is in the best location in Panama City. We didn't have to drive the entire trip. Overall extremely pleased with the conviniance and beauty of this condo.
This was one of the cleanest condos I have stayed in! There was plenty of room for all 8 of us who stayed. The owners were very quick to respond. Everything about our stay was excellent!! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!!
Condo was very nice and clean. Lots of room. One of the reserved parking spaces was on the same floor which was excellent for unloading groceries. Good view of the ocean. Large outside seating area.
Pier Park shopping and great places to eat. Across the street from Wal-mart and Dee's Hangout Restaurant and next to Pineapple Willy's. Walking distance to Ripley's, shopping and eating places. Nearby Putt Putt golf, Kids Zoo, (Roller Rink, Bowling, Family fun Center all in one) and Golf.
