offer. The ground level suite, sitting on 1.25 acres of beautiful green grass is nestled amongst 20 different seasonal fruit trees - when ripe are yours for the picking. Enjoy a starry night, roasting marshmallows over your private fire pit, without the intrusion
of city - or street lights. Only a 5 minute drive to Gordon Beach located on West Coast road, with easy vehicle access. Marvel at spectacular sunsets from the pebble and driftwood laden beach. A short few minutes drive grants you access to three beautiful lakes where you can play in the water, fish or take a nice stroll through the many connecting trails. Head to Poirer Lake to enjoy a picnic over looking a beautiful horse meadow. The outdoor adventures are endless, exploring forested hiking trails, chartering a boat for sports fishing, kayaking, whale watching, flying along a zipline, biking the Galloping Goose trail and walking for miles along the wave-pounded beaches are favourite pastimes here. Go crabbing off the pier, visit a honey farm, or shop for a specialty food at the summer Saturday Market. All of this only a 45 minute drive to downtown Victoria, and 10 minutes to the Sooke village. The spacious ground level 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. A fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable and tasteful living room and large king size bed in the bedroom make this a cozy get away. The house sleeps 4 people with a queen sized pull out in the living room. The owner resides in the upper portion of the house, and has ensured the sound proofing of the unit is top of the line.
