This 650 sq. ft., remodeled, top-floor, one bedroom apartment has stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, a sleek gas fireplace, and a washer and dryer in the apartment. It is located in a classic mid-century modern building (1955) and has a private entrance off of the safe, well-lit, garden space that also features a shared deck and gas grill. The building is located on a quiet residential street in North Capitol Hill. It is a short walk to the Link Light Rail, the business district on 15th Ave. E, and the business district on Broadway. It is only two blocks south of the renowned Olmstead-designed Volunteer Park with its beautiful green-space, art museum, and conservatory. The four-plex shares this desirable neighborhood with million dollar mansions yet is conveniently located just blocks from restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and grocery stores. Our Walkscore is 91% which means that the very best of Seattle is at your doorstep. Within a few blocks you can access frequent and convenient bus service to Downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, Seattle Center Space Needle, Pike-Pine Urban Corridor, International District, Seattle University, University of Washington and other tourist destinations. The neighborhood's walkability, the accessibility to public transportation (Bus and Light Rail,) together with Uber and Lyft make this apartment a very convenient location from which to see Seattle.

THIS LIGHT-FILLED, TOP-FLOOR APARTMENT features a sunny south-facing outlook over the courtyard garden. The apartment is 650 square feet with one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The apartment has a sleek, modern, gas fireplace that serves as the focal point for the open concept living and dining rooms and provides both heat and ambiance. The living room features modern, comfortable furnishings such as a Queen Sofa Sleeper, a 55” Smart HDTV, DVD player, and free WIFI. The remodeled kitchen offers quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher) and is well-stocked with cookery, dishes, spices, coffee & tea. A washer/dryer is located in the apartment and laundry supplies are provided. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a high-quality memory foam mattress, 400 thread count sheets, down comforter, spacious closet and full-length mirror. The updated bathroom has a full size tub and shower, plenty of plush towels, body soap and shampoo, a hair dryer, and an iron/ironing board.

Reserved off-street parking is available upon request for an additional charge of $9/night. Many of our guests elect to visit without a car but if you plan to have one we recommend that you reserve the parking space because the street parking is restricted.

This apartment can accommodate 4 people. If you are traveling with a larger group please inquire about our other two apartments in the same building. They are very similar in size, quality, and can also accommodate 4 people each.

Link Light Rail- The Capitol Hill Station is 10 blocks from the apartment. It will quickly and comfortably get you to Downtown Seattle and the University of Washington in minutes. It is also a convenient and cost-effective mode of transportation to and from the airport.

Stephen and Mark have been friends for almost 20 years and business partners since 2009 when they bought this mid-century modern building, remodeled it, and made it available for business and vacation travelers. They picked this neighborhood because each lives nearby and they find Capitol Hill to be one of the most interesting, vibrant, and well-located neighborhoods in Seattle. They think that you will enjoy the quiet, comfortable, modern apartments and their proximity to the fun attractions nearby on the Hill, downtown, and the Pike/Pine corridor. Together they manage the apartments and will do whatever they can to help provide you with a comfortable and memorable stay in Seattle.

This property is centrally located in Capitol Hill and is kept very clean and has all essentials

My boyfriend and I spent 5 nights in Seattle and had such a great experience staying at this property. Stephen and Mark provided detailed information before we got there, and offer a binder of restaurant recommendations, transit information, and other useful tips for visiting Seattle. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with all essentials (towels, linens, etc.) plus lots of bonuses and nice-to-have items (coffee maker, glasses and silverware, many hangers, wifi, cooking utensils). We have absolutely no complaints about our stay. The off-street parking space was very convenient and well worth the additional fee. The neighborhood is quiet, but still within walking distance to 15th Ave, where there are shops and restaurants. The bedroom is very comfortable, with a huge king size bed, large pillows, and a closet with hangers and shelves. We also really appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer; Seattle was our last stop on a two-week vacation so we were definitely happy to be able to throw in a load of laundry. The apartment and overall property is very well taken care of, and you get a lot of value for your money. A big thank you to Stephen and Mark for their hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay and very highly recommend your property. We will definitely want to stay here again during our next visit!

Clean, charming, and quiet

From the time we entered the rental it was obvious that the owner created an environment in which they, themselves could live in. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed and linens were very comfortable, the lighting was inviting and the decor was fun. Thank you. We will be in touch again when we are visiting Seattle.

Sleep well in Seattle

This is a very comfortable, well equipped apartment - we had a short stay, but you could easily be there a week or loger - the washer/dryer was great - the kitchen is well equipped to do regular cooking if you want - however there are a number of good restaurants within two blocks (on 15th and one block South - I think that's right, there are directions, map in apartments notebook as well as information on public transportation, etc.) - there is a Safeway full grocery on 15th also and drugstore if you need anything - the keyless entry was easy and great when you're traveling and trying to keep up with other stuff/events

Modern, spacious, great location!

My husband, daughter and I rented unit #609 for four nights during our family vacation to Seattle. This property was ideally located walking distance to Volunteer Park, Link Light Rail, restaurants and shopping....all of which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The unit was modern, open, spacious, clean, and just what we needed after a long day of being tourists. Be sure to bring a blow dryer and all the toiletries you need (as this unit does not come with hotel-type toiletries). But don't worry about anything else, as this unit has plenty of fluffy white towels and wash cloths, and a fully equipped kitchen, and everything else you will need.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and will certainly come back to this vacation rental.
