Apartment is available for rentals of 3 weeks to 6 months. Located in a new neighborhood built on the former site of the Stapleton International Airport. The neighborhood has been developed according the new urbanism design principles with 1/3 of the land devoted to parks and open space. It is a great neighborhood for families, walking and bicycling. Grocery shopping, restaurants, transit and a regional recreation center with a pool and workout facilities are located 3 blocks away. The neighborhood also operates 6 outdoor pools in the summer months. The local bus route runs between the CU Anschutz Medical Campus and the Central Park Station that serves the train line from the airport to Downtown. Street parking is plentiful.
