Newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in downtown Boulder! This home is located across the street from Boulder Creek with its walking and biking trails. The University of Colorado campus, restaurants, shopping, farmers market, local grocery store, fantastic entertainment venues, parks, mountain trails and more are all easily accessed and just steps away from your front door!

This modern, top-floor unit in a small building (6 units total) is fully furnished with everything you'll need for your indoor and outdoor living needs. Two inviting sun porches are ready for lounging, dining, and grilling. Indoors, two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and the third may be used as an office or as a third bedroom with a convertible (and comfortable) futon sofa/bed. This sunny retreat includes a fully furnished kitchen, WIFI, cable tv, and a gas fireplace for a cozy evening at home. If you do have a vehicle, designated covered parking is available. You won't need a car though, as everything including an airport shuttle is within easy walking distance. Just bring yourself and your clothes and enjoy beautiful Boulder! If those clothes need washing, the new front-loading washer and dryer are there for your convenience.

Why Cathy Letts chose University Hill

We selected this property and lived in it ourselves for the first year after our children left the nest. The unit itself is a modern and very comfortable retreat. Nestled in the treetops, it feels like your own private tree house. Its proximity to Boulder's recreational and cultural offerings is amazing! Across the street is the Boulder Creek Path stretching for miles west and east. This shady promenade takes you from one park to another and is the gateway to a myriad of front-range hiking/biking, climbing mountain trails. A block and a half to the north is the Pearl Street Mall with more dining, entertainment, and shopping opportunities than you could experience in a year! I know...we tried!

What makes this condo unique

Location, location, location! You TRULY don't need a car to fully enjoy the area. The RTD AB bus (stop is one block away) provides a direct shuttle to and from DIA (Denver International Airport). Once you've arrived at the condo, everything you need is within a five-minute walk! Wonderful natural grocer on the corner (350 yds. away); farmers' market two blocks away; C.U. campus is .5 miles south; the historic Chautauqua Mountain Park with its theater, dining hall and mountain trails is one mile southwest; and the Pearl Street Mall is 700 yds. to the north. Follow the Creek Path (just across the street) a scenic 1,200 yds. west to Eben G. Fine Park and the sky is the limit. It's up, up, up into the Rockies!

Great location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here for the month of July. The location can't be beat and Cathy was super friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed.

Great host,great place

It's a beautiful house, and Cathy is always there if you need something.

It's in front of the public library and that it's great to go with your children. My son really enjoyed the park, the library and the fish near the condo!

It's very near Pearl street mall and thats good too. Great experience!

Perfect downtown location

We had a wonderful time in Cathy's condo. The location is brilliant - literally across the street from the public library and with direct access to the Boulder Creek pathway, 5 minutes walk from Pearl Street, and 10 minutes walk from the university. The beds are comfortable, the space layout works wonderfully, and everything is in excellent operating order. And it was magical to sit on the deck, having breakfast, looking up to the mountains (it is not the best view in Boulder, but for those of us from the East, it's still a pretty great view!). Although we were a couple, we had our niece and nephew for an overnight once a week, and they loved their rooms, which each come with a window seat. (They also thought that the gas fireplace was THE GREATEST invention ever; luckily, the month of May was chilly this year, so the occasional use of the fireplace was actually appropriate.) We hope to spend a month in Boulder again in the future, and we'll hope that we can rent this place again.

Home Away From Home

My husband and I sure enjoyed our seven week stay in this perfectly located condo. We loved being able to walk the Boulder Creek Trail and also to be a quick walk to Pearl Street for all it has to offer. The condo is modern , clean and truly a home away from home. Cathy gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and answered any questions before we had a chance to ask. We highly recommend this beautiful condo for anyone who is going to stay in Boulder. We've already spoken to Cathy about our next visit.

Best Boulder Experience Possible!

Our family of four stayed at this lovely condo for nearly a month in May. Between the location, owners hospitality and the quality of the place we could easily have stayed much longer. Very centrally located and within a three minute walk to Pearl Street (restaurants, shops, cafes, performance art) and the best of Boulder. The amazing farmers market, kids fishing ponds and the lovely Boulder Creek Bike Trail are literally across the street. We recommend renting a tube and floating down the creek! The owners are very helpful and prompt with any request. We were lucky to have found this place and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boulder. Thank you Cathy and Brian. We will be back.
