Voted one of the most liveable cities in the world. This is a very centrally located suite, with Alberni Street called a mini Rodeo Drive at your doorstep. DeBeers Diamonds, Tori Burch and Prada all located in the building. Seven great restaurants within the block, and 35 in the blocks around. Right across the street from Urban Fare grocery store.

About the owner: Nationally and provincially Registered interior designer, with a degree from the Ontario College of Art (in interior design). Extensively published, award winning design projects, and top sales producer with my longtime employer. Originally from Ottawa, moved to Vancouver 17 years ago. Extensive experience in buying, renovating, and selling homes. When I retired from retail a year ago, I became busier than ever, mostly helping clients build new homes, or renovate. I travel back and forth from my home in Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast to Vancouver, with most of my design work in the Vancouver area. I am on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, and serve as the ReStore Director.

I chose this suite because of the great layout with no wasted space. Had a list of 'must haves', and this suite ticked most of those boxes. Came in with the idea of doing a total renovation, which took 7 months, top to bottom. Love the building amenities, and the proximity to everything I need.
