Nice stay

Went with my family we had a great time in the home. The only thing we had a problem with was the jacuzzi not working and the pool temperature. If your staying might want to ask for the pool to be heated.

Nice home for a family trip

We rented this home as a family of five and had a great time with the pool and location. There were plenty of towels and kitchen hardware. We arrived on our scheduled day at 4:30 and were a little surprised to find the bed not made. As we were enjoying time in the pool the cleaning team showed up at 5:30 and let us know that they had not turned the house over yet. They were gracious and kind and cleaned the property and let us know that if we wanted the house freshened up during our stay we could call and they would come out to clean while we were out and about. The home still has the same issues as outlined above, the toilet still runs, the electric plug in the back double bedroom does not work, the plug in the kitchen is jammed, the sliding doors wanted to come off the tracks. We did contact the management once while we stayed as the grill had run out of gas. They were quick to respond and let us know that they could bring a can of gas for an additional fee. Overall the home was comfortable for our family, we loved the pool. We would recommend to other families.

So So

This home located off of 27 about 6 miles from I-4. Although it is a nice home it is need of a cleaning and repair. Compared to other homes that I have stayed in and looked at for this trip I feel this home is overpriced and I am not sure that I would stay again. I have shared the following information with the management company who has indicated that they will be addressing the issues. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary cooking supplies and it is possible to cook most anything but the soap dispenser on the dishwasher does not open during wash. The water at the sink is hooked up backward. Upon arrival we found burned out light bulbs, a plugged tub and broken blinds the management company was quick to come out and correct those problems. All bathroom faucets had a lot of toothpaste from past visitors that we had to clean off because of our late arrival. Please don’t misunderstand me as the house is nice but it needs a good cleaning: fans, air ducks, mildew in the shower, window over the door, door wall tracks and serious cleaning of crud and mildew in the pool area. Additionally, they need to spend time looking around for and repairing items: caulk around the kitchen floor, plugs that are stuck in outlets, the master bedroom toilet that runs most of the time and makes noises. One other thing that this house should consider adding is a game room as they are very common in most other homes.
