About Bob Cotton
When we bought our home in 2000, we were newly married and excited about living in the hip Highland Square neighborhood. Sadly, we outgrew our charming first home with the addition of our two boys. We've always loved this house and its location, and we are excited to share it with you.

Why Bob Cotton chose West Highland
Denver has been our home since 1994. It has gone through many changes over these years, but it still has a small town feel while offering world class arts, sports, and entertainment.

Comfortable, well-stocked house in a great location
The house was perfect for our group of 5, with plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and dining room, a well-supplied kitchen and comfortable beds. The location (walking distance to the Highlands shopping district and easy access to downtown) couldn't have been better. The owner replied to my emails quickly and was courteous and easy to deal with.
Great home and very responsive owner!
This home was perfect for our girls weekend - located near enough that most things were a short drive but it was also peacefully quiet at night. The house was perfect for 6 of us and provided a relaxing environment to come back to after exploring all day. Bob was very easy to work with and responsive to all our questions. Would 10/10 recommend!
Great place for us to stay as we visited our son.
We really enjoyed this place. Our son lives just down the road so it was very convenient. Inside was spotless when we arrived (so important for us!) and had all the amenities we needed. Bob was great to answer my text questions and I'm sure we'd book this again with our next visit. Thanks Again Bob!
Very comfortable & cozy
I stayed at Bob's cottage over Labor Day weekend with some friends. We loved how quaint and cozy the layout of the house was, with a huge loft area for the girls to get ready in. The back yard area provided a perfect place for us to enjoy the perfect weather and grill out. The Highlands area is very convenient to downtown Denver, and has plenty of accommodations within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again, thanks Bob!
Small house right in the city
We (my wife, my 2.5 year old, my mother-in-law and I) recently stayed at the Highlands cottage for a 4 night trip and absolutely loved it. Though the house is small, it certainly makes up for it with its three bedrooms and open living room. Even with my MIL with us, we were never on top of one another and had plenty of space. This house was walking distance to the farmers market on Lowell and 32nd as well as some great restaurants and shops. Quick drive to Tennyson, downtown and pretty much anywhere we needed to go. I would definitely stay here again.
Very cute older home, great location
We enjoyed our stay here. We had hoped for a little more, setup outdoor living space, but honestly it was too hot to spend much time outside while we were there. The location was great for walking to restaurants, ice cream and a Farmers Market. Overall a good experience and a good place to stay.
My house is located 3 blocks from the hip Highlands Square--restaurants, shopping, bars, coffee shops, and spas--all within walking distance. 2 miles to downtown Denver--too far to walk? Public transportation picks up a half a block away and takes you right to the heart of Denver.
