About Tim Wolf
My parents purchased this unit in the early 80's and have been coming for Jan to March each year since then until 2010 when health stopped their traveling. The unit has been rented to others through the years with many repeat renters.

An unbelievable, unbeatalbe view of the ocean and it's activities with a school yard below and the zoo and Diamond Head close by. Walking distance to Waikiki Beach and shopping.

The perfect place for us
I really don't want to write this review. If everyone knows how great this place is I won't get to rent it again. What a wonderful rental. The building is great. It is secure and very well kept. The parking place is an added bonus but you really don't need a car here as you are close to everything. When we walked into the apartment it was immaculate. The apartment has the most wonderful view. We spend many hours on that balcony. The kitchen and apartment had everything you ever might need. The included internet was strong and fast. We never used the air conditioner as we didn't need it. The apartment also came complete with beach toys and beach chairs.
We will definitely be staying here again.
We Almost Don't Want To Tell Anyone About This Place
We are originally from Honolulu and have moved away to the mainland. Once every few years we come back for a month long visit with family and friends. We decided on this trip to find a vacation rental, and we‘re sure glad that we did.
Location, location, location, this is it! One of our friends came over for a visit and the first thing they said as they walked in was, “THIS is Hawaii”. The views! You can sit in the twin La-Z-Boy chairs and have a fantastic view of Diamond Head and the beach.
Being visiting Kama’aina, we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, including an electric Rice cooker. We bought most of our produce at the Farmers Markets and ate all of our meals out on the lanai. This was a great money saver.
We found great beach chairs as well as other beach toys in the unit and utilized them every day; the beach is a short couple of blocks away. Really, you can walk anywhere in Waikiki and the Kaimuki areas.
Having a washer and dryer in the condo was also another money saver and most convenient as well.
We can't say enough nice things about this rental other than, be sure to leave a month open for us next year.
Only a couple of blocks from Waikiki beach, restaurants and bars. All types of shopping and zoo within walking distance. Easy highway access to drive to attractions on the island or airport.
