Even though you’ll love the perfect peace and solitude, not hearing any street or parking lot noise ever, may finally make you want to venture off to town. When that time comes, there’s no need to get into your car—an effortless 10-minute walk puts you right in the middle of a shopping area with stores and restaurants, a post office, and numerous other activities.
Then, back home again, you’ll be all set for yet another tranquil sunset—watching it from your pool-side lanai . . . It hardly gets any better!
Later that night, totally relaxed, you drift off to sleep to the soothing sound of lazy waves lapping the shore.
Great location in central Kihei. Quiet area easy access, outside patio sitting area. Walking distance from beach, shopping and restaurants. Minutes(5-10) driving to many other activities and other beaches. Complex has Pool, BBQ and great garden area.

Since we purchased this property in 1990 this has been our refuge from the cold days and nights of Alaska. We have spend serene sunny days here and now you have the opportunity to enjoy that yourself. We keep coming back as often as we can.

We have gone every year for the past 25 and this was one of the quietest, nicest and all around best stays ever. Lulled to sleep every night by the waves. Every bit as nice as the pictures too. "See you next time!"

impressed with location
We loved our stay here. It was so quite and peaceful, away from all the craziness of Maui. It was walking distance to the grocery and restaurants. It is a lovely complex where the kids could run and play. The beach is lovely and very clean. The condo has an amazing view! There is everything you need in the condo, it's clean and it is great for kids. There is no AC so the afternoons get warm but if you go out to the beach it is fine. The view and location are well worth it!

This condo is in a Fantastic location both for the Beach and shopping/dining! Very nice, clean, LARGE, comfortable home away from home! The Beautiful beach is literally a few steps outside the door as the pool also! Spectacular sunset's right from your Lanai every night! Everyone in the condo building were very nice and enjoyable. We will definitely come back here again in the future :)
Location and price can't be beat
The location is excellent - beach front and ground floor, I walked on the beach in my pajamas the first day. Walking distance to a grocery store too. The furnishings in the condo are a bit older, but well within reason given the price of the rental. Our only complaint is that while there are grills on the property they are propane and no tank is provided - we would have been fine refilling an empty tank, but weren't going to buy one to use once or twice.
Sorry to hear about the gas problem. There are several grills on property and there is one large tank that is plumbed to fuel the grills. I wish you would have contacted us to help you get the gas turned on from the valve. You do not need to provide your own gas to use the grills.
Central Kihei location allows the visitor to be able to walk to many restaurants and convenience stores.
