Clean, neat and well-decorated

  • 4 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the pull out bed in the second bedroom. It was not comfortable. Except for that, it was great.

Owner's Response: We are happy you enjoyed your stay and thanks for your feedback! Although we have not had any issues raised with the second bedroom accommodations, with your input we will we plan to secure a good feathertop for the bed. Again, thanks for staying with us.

Just about everything

Great location! Only one thing. Very small TV. I had hoped to have my Seattle family over to watch a football game and realized that wouldn't work. Other than that everything perfect. Great hosts

Owner's Response: Thanks for staying with us! We are glad we met your expectations with our home with the exception of the TV. We will consider your suggestion for a larger one. We have tried not to over-power the living space with a television as more people stream on their computers. Thanks for the comments and come again when you all are in Seattle.

Wonderful Duplex!

  • 5 of 5

A perfect place for us while visiting our son and family in Magnolia with only a fifteen minute ride into Seattle center. The Condo was so well designed, decorated and furnished that it provided all the comforts of home. The owners have thought of nearly every need that one might have including providing an incredibly well equipped kitchen.

It was a pleasure to deal with Tom and we most definitely would choose to stay here again.

Owner's Response: Madeline and Sidney, Thanks so much for your wonderful comments. We try our best to make this a home away from home and know that folks love to feel at ease when they stay away from their routine. Please come back and stay with us when you return to Magnolia and Seattle again!

This was a great place to stay while we visited our son and family who live in the area.

Comfortably decorated, very well equipped and perfect for our visit! My only caution would be to those who have trouble with stairs.

Perfect for My Visit!

  • 5 of 5

This Magnolia Condo was within walking distance to my son which made the trip to Seattle with my daughter even more enjoyable! So much to see and do! Love the area and the neighborhoods.

The property is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone unless you have problems climbing stairs.

Owners are delightful to make arrangements with and promptly return your deposit. I would certainly rent again.

Thanks so much for allowing us the privilege to enjoy your home during a wonderful visit!!

Excellent Location and Stay

  • 5 of 5

After living in Seattle for many years, I was pretty specific on what neighborhoods I wanted to stay in while visiting with family, with Magnolia topping that list. This location is really pretty ideal for anyone visiting Seattle... it's a quick car ride into downtown, or into the Ballard, Fremont or Queen Anne neighborhoods (all lovely and packed with shops and restaurants.) With two grocery stores nearby (and a Whole Foods about 1-2 miles away), it makes stocking up on any provisions a snap, plus Starbucks and a great delivery pizza place is also nearby. Furthermore, you just can't beat walks in Discovery Park, a hike down to the beach, or walking the docks and checking out the fishing vessels in nearby Fisherman's Terminal - Magnolia also has an epic sidewalk along its west bluff that overlooks the Sound and downtown (and some gorgeous houses).

We were traveling with a baby and the owners were able to offer their Pack n' Play to function as a travel crib for us - this worked out perfectly, and made for one less thing to have to sort out when we arrived.

The home itself is very clean and well appointed... appearing just as it does in the photos provided. While we spent most of our time our exploring the area and walking around the neighborhood, the time spent at the home was very comfortable, quiet, and provided an excellent spot for us to relax on our visit.

We would definitely stay here again for future visits and would highly recommend it for those wanting to visit Seattle and stay within a short distance of a lot of the city's offerings.
