This is about the safest area in Rio de Janeiro, and close to the beach. It has 24/7 doormen and security cameras. It is also close to a metro station, Cardeal Arcoverde. The bedrooms are in the back of the flat, with the windows facing a large courtyard, so it is quiet at night.
What makes this Apartment unique
The best thing about this penthouse is all the open space available. The dining area, with a table for six, and barbecue facilities, are in the larger terrace, and in the smaller terrace there are two armchairs. I use the flat for parties, and for my guests, but rent it out at other times. Extra benefits include two yoga mats, a massage table (can be used for massages both inside the flat and on the terraces), four beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
