205 Clearwater Beach Suites was a perfect getaway ! Location was so close to beach and shopping and restaurants . Plenty of towels and beds to sleep 6 comfortably . We will be back ! Pool was clean and has adequate amount of chairs
The location to the beach, shops, parks does not get any better then this! It’s right next door to Frenchys a fabulous restaurant. The condo was very clean, decorated super beach chic, and was a good size. The on-site pool was very clean and the condo even had an umbrella, chairs, beach toys, and a cooler. We were very thankful for the umbrella! The only reason I gave it 4 Stars was due to the parking situation. They did not have a spot for us to park at the condo. They provided us a permit pass to park at the pool across the street, however, there was no spots available as it is a public location. That was very frustrating as it took a lot of driving and waiting to follow someone out of the beach to finally find a spot. Word to the wise, never go over the week of spring break and Easter, Clearwater was insane!
The unit was clean and really had everything we needed. The location to the beach was great. It was a bit loud Saturday night, but no fault of the owner of unit...just location on Saturday night is likely to be busy. The unit looked just as pictured, but it seemed smaller than I had anticipated, but reasonable for us as we were only really eating breakfast and sleeping there. We did ask for a late time check out, but wasn't honored (and policy states doesn't have to be), but even a 1/2 hour would have made you feel like they were working with your request. Check out time was 10a.m. I miss the old 11 a.m. checkouts. All in all I would recommend. We typically had the pool to ourselves, with maybe one or two others in it...but that was the extend and all parties in the units were friendly.
The Clearwater Beach Suites were conveniently located right next to the beach north of Pier 60. We stayed in January, and unfortunately picked a week when the average high temperature was only in the mid-50's. 2 out of the 5 days we were able to enjoy the beach, but otherwise had to find indoor activities to find ourselves occupied. The suite fortunately came stocked with board games which my 5 year old enjoyed playing, including Chutes and Ladders and Uno! The suite also provided access to a heated pool which we were able to enjoy one of the days as well. The suite was clean and had everything stocked for an easy in and out visit. Our only complaint about the place is that there were ants on the kitchen counter and on the kitchen table, which we noticed when we were trying to feed our baby cheerios, and found the entire bowl full of ants! We were able to avoid the issue by having the majority of our food in the fridge, but it was surprising that this is the 4th visit we've had to a different suite in the Clearwater area, and this is the first time we've had to deal with ants in the kitchen. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable vacation away from the bitter coldness of Illinois in the winter!
We had a group of 5 women and this unit was perfect for us. The location is ideal, with most everything within walking distance. The unit is clean and adorably decorated. The pool was fantastic and the beach and Frenchies Rockaway only steps away. The management company and the owner were fantastic to work with. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were! We will definitely be back!
Great location and great city. We will definitely be back!
