Less than one mile from the town centre, it has some of the most incredible city sunset views in the entire area. There are three decks from which you can enjoy the views. The upper level master bedroom and bath include a deck off the bedroom for your own privacy. Off the main level living area is another deck for private sunbathing and elegant evening dinners. It comes equipped with a table and chairs and a gas grill. On the lower level there are two more guest bedrooms with full bath.
