Private, family owned villa in Bethany Bay Resort Community and Golf Club. 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms complete with open great room with water views and private decks perfect for an afternoon siesta or an evening cocktail gathering. Villa is spacious with comfortable furnishings and modern beach decor. Community offers 9 hole Par 3 golf course, free-form pool, pool-side spa, tennis court and kiddie pool along with a private boat ramp. Our home is the perfect location for any type of vacation, set in a natural, laid back atmosphere. Located less than 10 minutes away from Bethany Beach and boardwalk.

Awesome property!

We have stayed in the same neighborhood before but in a smaller condo. This larger property was perfect for a quick getaway. Very spacious, quiet, and just a few miles from the beach. We loved taking some chairs down by the water to enjoy a good book with a view. Would love to have had some bikes to ride around on like at our previous rental but enjoyed walking regardless. The owners responded quickly when we had a sink issue, and there was a floor fan provided since the living room ceiling fan wasn’t working. We would definitely stay again. Hoping the property is still available if sold to a new owner. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location

The condo was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable for a variety of ages in our family. Everything you could possibly need is available. The location was perfect. We walked to the pool and park, and watched the sun rise in the morning. The neighborhood was friendly and calm. We truly enjoyed our stay. I do think the cleaning service was not the best. The toilets needed to be cleaned, spills on the walls and cabinets had to be wiped down and a lot of sand on the porch. I don’t think this was any fault of the owner.

Great Property

Great property. A few small things: The ceiling fan needs to be fixed, and there needs to be more lighting in the living room. The kitchen needs a bigger trash can. A laundry basket would be so helpful. Labels need to be put on light switches. The closet doors and the dresser drawers in the bedroom with the twin beds need to be fixed. The queen air mattress has a slow leak. There needs to be an end table on both sides of the king-size bed. These aren't complaints by any means. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We would stay here again, no questions asked. These are just observations comparing to other rentals our family has stayed in. We loved the big sectional and the walk-in shower. The pool is great, although the retired ladies that monitor the pool are ridiculous. They scolded so many children for acting like kids in the pool. They really need to adjust their expectations and direct any complaints to the parents. Our family had a great vacation. Thank you for renting your home to us.

Spacious Beach Retreat

This was our 2nd summer vacationing in Bethany Bay. We absolutely LOVED the villa/condo as well as the location. I especially enjoyed having my coffee on the sun porch in the morning and seeing the water. Very peaceful and comfortable stay!

Wonderful family vacation

After staying for the last few years in Ocean City, and being disappointed by some of the activities there, we were looking for a quieter, off the beaten path place to stay with 3 little ones under the age of 6. This place was the answer. Despite being about 10 miles from the Bethany Beach downtown area, it was very easy to drive there. My family also likes to explore lesser-known beaches, and that was also easily accessible. Turns out that I have 3 little "fish" in my family who enjoyed the beautiful pool area several times a day. The pool was great for all of us and the attendants there were very nice. My son and 4 year old grandson played a round of golf and loved it. My adult daughter and friend went to the outlets and I enjoyed some restful time myself. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. Our 1 year old had just learned to walk and had a great time walking and opening doors in the condo. If I had one negative thing to say about the condo, it would be the stairs. We knew there were stairs and it was fine for most in my group except for me who had knee surgery. But I just took it slow and it was doable. Overall, I would rate this a big 5 stars. Thank you for accepting our offer to stay.

We come from a large family and love spending time at the beach. We have young children who love the beach but also love spending time at the pool and we love that it is so close to our condo.

Quiet, family friendly community. Condo is walking distance to the pool. Boat ramp available to walk in your kayaks. We have one kayak spot on the community rack that is available on request. Small beach area close-by and bike trail in the community. Golf for those who want to play a friendly round.

What makes this property unique

Outdoor and covered porch. Large living area making rain days family friendly with room for playing games, doing puzzles or having everyone relax on the large sectional with 2 recliners and a chaise for snuggling or napping.
