The roads from the house to Breckenridge and the easy-access driveway are plowed but plan on 4WD if you are visiting during snowy months (December through April). Home is nestled in a High Alpine community (11,500') so we do get a fair amount of snow in the winters months.
No smoking, pets negotiable for an additional fee and deposit.
Minimum age requirement for primary renter who will sign the rental agreement is 28.
