New full kitchen, all new floor tile,washer and dryer. Free wifi, Non smoking and no pets allowed. Gulf Strand is one of the newer condo complexes on St Pete Beach. Many restaurants and bars with live music within walking distance.

I live in Tampa and enjoy going to St. Pete Beach. Definitely the nicest beach in this area. Many restaurants and beach bars with live music walking distance.

Why Anthony chose Saint Petersburg
Located between Tradewinds and Don Caesar Hotel on the most beautiful beach on the west central coast. Across the street is a nice shopping center with Publix Grocery,CVS Drugs, more stores and several great restaurants. Approx. 45 min. from Tampa International Airport. Easy drive to Florida's many attractions: Busch Gardens, Disney World, Lowry Park zoo, Sea World, Universal Studios and Epcot Center. Spectator sports such as NFL football at Tampa Stadium, major league baseball downtown St. Pete, ice hockey in Tampa, and greyhound racing are also close.

Heated pool, jacuzzi, barbecue grill, across the street from Publix and CVS. 1 reserved parking space. Half way between Tradewinds and Don Caesar Hotel. A newer condominium building on Saint Pete Beach. This unit is very modern and clean.

The condo is in a great location - on the beach, but also across the street from grocery store, drug stores, restaurants, etc. On second floor, so easy to get to. Loved having a dedicated parking space and the heated pool. The view of the public access for the beach was much better than looking into another building and could see the Gulf. Bed was comfortable. Owner had a great selection of beach toys, chairs, mats, etc. and building had a stash with more. Made for a very easy family vacation.
Great unit in a great location.
This comfortable and well-supplied unit had everything we needed to enjoy a great weekend getaway at St. Pete Beach. The location is great, with amenities nearby and just a few steps to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool as well....clean, warm and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend this place to family and friends. Thanks for renting it out to us, Anthony!

We enjoyed our stay at Anthony's condo. It has very easy access to the beach,clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The location is great,close to Publix,restaurants,etc. We had lunch at Sandbar Bills,just a short walk, very good burgers!
It is a basic condo but everything you need to enjoy the beach is here including beach chairs,cooler and floats.
Perfect for relaxation
There are so many things to like and enjoy about this condo.
Anthony is excellent to deal with.
The location is excellent Supermarket, pub, restaurants, pharmacy and beach are all within a few hundred yards.
Last and most definitely not least, the condo.
It is clean, modern, well decorated, all the comforts of home. The bed is super comfortable, multiple bathrooms to stop any contentions, cable tv, air-conditioning, internet and the kitchen has all the tools you need to fully cater for yourself.
The balcony faces north, always cool and in the shade. The pool is clean and heated and the deck area is small and in the sun for 75% of the day. The beach is right on your doorstep. The only minor issue with the condo is the beach equipment has been well used and in need of replacement.

I can tell you I was very pleased with the quality of renters and your professionalism. It's funny you mentioned the beach items because I just trashed the beach floats that were in the closet. Perfect for a long weekend
Everything was as described- simple and has all you could need for the weekend or longer; it was overall clean and the second bathroom came in handy for getting ready at the same time. Anthony was great at communicating within hours by text and email, which I appreciate, especially since we were arriving late at night. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a nice addition. We didn't cook but could have, the kitchen is stocked. The bed is comfortable, and since we were just two we took advantage of the extra pillows too. Was nice there were two hair dryers too- when you are flying it is the little things like this that help. Check in and out was super easy (again nice, because we left super early). If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs- the street noise wouldn't deter me from staying again, as everything was what we were looking for.
Loved this condo
We stayed in this condo in April 2014. The owner had all the conveniences you would need for a fantastic stay.. The kitchen had all you needed and the condo was sparkling clean throughout.There were toys , coolers and chairs for the beach. The bed was awesome for sleeping. Loved breakfast on the balcony. Its close to the gulf blvd but we did not hear any loud noises. You can see the beach from the side view. The bedroom with its own bathroom was great for me because my husband used the other bathroom. Very close to grocery shopping also.I would recommend this condo. The owner was great to talk with. Thanks. Hoping to come back soon.

Normal check in is 4 pm and check out at 10 am unless the condo is not rented and then I'm flexible.
