Sunny Capitou

Fantastic peoperty for up to 8 people. Spotlessly clean and filled with lovely art pieces and tasteful decoration. So many different types of crockery, games and amenities including essential air con. The pool was perfect for the hot weather and was well maintained. We also enjoyed the adjacent outside kitchen and fridge for food and drinks. Views were stunning and the whole site felt very safe. Our hosts were next door but were in no way obtrusive. They respected we were on holiday and left us to it but were around to help, for example they sorted the TV out when we wanted to watch the football. They were also very flexible with checkout and communicative on whatsapp. Lovely location for a lovely holiday. Thsnk you Valerie and John.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We loved our stay here and were made to feel so welcome by our hosts. The villa is perfectly equipped for all one could need. Perfectly located for visiting the French Riviera. Felt like a a bit of luxury all to ourselves, marvellous.

Villa 19!!

After a long and eventful beginning the car was packed and we felt we were winning. A drive down to the South of France, Frejus For two weeks of bliss and making memories so new. The greeting was superb, no detail missed out, You could see the smiles as we all wandered about So many amenities and places to chill The pool was beautiful, definitely there a few hours to chill. The terrace quickly became the gathering place, to chat and play cards, it was such a wonderful space. We all got together here to eat and drink, and one of my favourite parts of the holiday, I think! So many games played in the pool, and when it got too hot, it was a great way to get cool. The outside toilet and kitchen were a fabulous treat and there were daily applications of suncream by the shaded table and seats. The villa was in such a perfect location perfect for any travel fascination Easy to get to for Frejus and shopping Lidl was close and Intermarché's easy to stop in. Added to this we had access to a big public pool and a club house for pizza and a glass of rose to keep cool. We would highly recommend Nice for the day, flower markets in the morning and beautiful views of the bay. Cannes was also beautiful and full of rich sights The shops were stunning and lots of cars caused excite! The waterpark was great however, the queues were long in the sun but the rides were fab and the kids all had fun. Monster trucks was awesome, the tricks performed were insane the boys kept shouting for "more" again and again. Another trip was out to the Luna Fair park, which was a great experience to go to after it gets dark The choice of rides for all interests made it so fun It was a win win experience for all that had come. All in all, the best holiday was had Villa 19 was everything and more you'll be glad. Valerie and John are fab hosts with great recommendations The location ideal and with great communication. We would highly recommend choosing this place to stay, Simply a great holiday in every way!

Nice location to relax and discover Côte d’Azur

Together with our 3 kids we had a pleasant stay during our summer vacation in July Great location even for families with teenagers. Beside the well-tended garden and pool area there are plenty of nice cities which are easy to access as the highway is in close proximity. Big thank you to Valery and John who were always very supportive in case we had any questions.

Why they chose this property

Many prospective guests ask if all the facilities are for their exclusive use. The answer is YES - the property is very private and all you see in the pictures is your private Club Med.

The villa is perfect for remote working, having an office with two desks, free wifi, large monitor and a laser printer.

Family groups just love staying at Villa Capitou because it has activities for all ages and enough space that you will not feel crowded. It is modern, light and airy, with indoor/outdoor living and pool area, giving an immediate holiday feeling.

In addition to the pool, families love all the different activities - we have a ping pong table and mountain bikes, tennis rackets, beach games and toys for young children.

For the evenings we have two living rooms, each with a 42in smart TV with internet connection and access to Netflix, YouTube etc. A DVD and CD library is also available for our guests. There are playing cards, board games and a small library for holiday reading.

We have recently updated our connectivity and have multiple usb connections and cordless phone chargers in convenient locations. Bluetooth connections are available to sound bars and the hi-fi allowing you to play music from your phone.
