This two bedroom townhome is centrally located, 1/2 block to the beach, pet friendly with a private fenced in yard, and newly renovated with all the bell and whistles - including wireless internet and flat screen TVs throughout.


When staying at our townhouse, you're close to all the attractions while still having the comfort of being in a home.

It is only 1/2 block to the beach (there are just 2 houses between the townhouses and Ocean Drive, and the beach access is right there at the end of the street). It takes less than a minute to have your toes in the sand!

This is a PET FRIENDLY and PET SAFE property and has a PRIVATE FENCED IN BACK YARD -- a rarity for most 'places at the beach'!

Our home was just recently renovated floor to ceiling and features:

* Ceiling fans

* Flat screen TVs in living room and all bedrooms

* Free wireless internet

* Fully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms

The master bedroom has 1 queen bed, while the second bedroom has 2 queen beds. There is a queen sleeper sofa and half bath downstairs for additional guests. The best part about the bedrooms is that they have large windows and let in natural light that is sure to brighten up anyone's day! Of course, if you enjoy a lazy afternoon nap, just turn the blinds and you're good to go.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: The home is on a quiet avenue in a primarily residential part of town. You will always see people out walking their dogs or taking a morning stroll, and the area is both safe and quiet while still being right in the heart all that the beach has to offer. Within a very short drive (10 minutes or less with traffic) you have attractions such as the new Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet Mall, Restaurant Row, the Convention Center, Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, House of Blues and Alabama Theater. There are tons of restaurants nearby – everything from casual to fine dining.

I have stayed at the unit next door and now this one. They are both great. I love that they are pet friendly, and just walking distance to the beach.

The location for this condo is great! So close to the beach. However, it needs great amount of maintenance.

We did not expect brand new condo, but the condition of it was very disappointing. When we arrived, we found dead cockroach at the bottom of the stairs. There were multiple spider nets in the corners and underneath the ceiling, we spotted some kind of bugs on the walls of master bedroom. Windows in the master bedroom had duck tape on; blinds on the entrance door were held with kids bandage. Air vent grille in the master bathroom was covered in dust. Bed sheets, pillows and blankets were very-very old. Towels were not in the best condition either.

If you are bunch of students who came to Myrtle Beach to party and don't care where to sleep, this place is for you. If you are a family with small kids looking for a quality accommodations, please look for other places to stay.

Not taken care of

Our stay was fantastic while out and about in Myrtle Beach, but our condo was not the best. The front door was all damaged and was difficult to shut and lock. We had bugs everywhere. None of the blinds opened, or were broken... (one of them was "taped" together with a tie-dye'd color band-aid.) The handles to the doors, fridge and especially the back door were loose and on the verge of breaking. The sliding glass door's handle did come off, luckily we had a screwdriver to fix it. (the screws that were used were all different sizes and too large to properly hold the handle without poking through to harm your hand). It rained twice in the living room through the molding of the sliding glass door where we had to barricade towels against it to prevent it flooding further into the living room. The yard was not taken care of whatsoever, and had a broken chair thrown in the yard and dog feces all over the place. The patio was covered in leaves, and I don't think it was mowed or taken care of at all this year.

Needs a facelift

The house its self needs some curb appeal grass needed to be cut both front and back and is in need of a fresh coat of we arrived we noticed the front door does not close very good without having to lock husband reattached the sliding glass door handle so we could open it... the backyard was rough and there were cigarette butts left from I assume tenants prior ... Stairs were covered in animal hair and floors felt sandy... I would recommend getting a better master bed mattress you could feel the springs everytime you rolled over. The second bedrooms ceiling light did not work but thankfully the lamp did. On a positive note we did enjoy our time and we appreciated the fenced back yard for our pets washer and dryer full kitchen and wifi was great...water pressure and hot water is a plus .... Beach is literally right down the road. The surrounding area is nice and quiet.

Amazing house in an amazimg location

Clean, Quiet Close To Beach

The overall stay had an excellent location very close to the beach. It was close to everything yet far enough away for quietness. The place itself was very spacious, lots of closet room, although the beds were quite uncomfortable. Nice sizes fenced in yard for pets, and a big enough space to sleep at least 8-9 adults. Newly renovated, two toilets was a major plus, but the main bathroom needs more shelving or a larger vanity..

Would absolutely rent this unit again. Hopefully in the fall!
