AGE REQUIREMENTS: Rentals of Beauty and The Beach may only be made by a Guest Lessee that is at least 25 years of age and may at Lessor's discretion require additional background checks or conditions be met prior to property rental.
ALLOWED OCCUPANCY: Property Occupancy Limits are mandated by Fire Safety Codes and Property Owner directives. Beauty and The Beach provides ideal accommodations for up to 6 persons (this includes small children and infants). Permitted Property Occupancy Standards are extended to include all invitees of Guest Lessee. Beauty and The Beach may never be reserved or used for gatherings of more than 6 persons.
ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES: Guest arrival times and permitted entry of a reserved property remains subject to seasonal rental demands. During periods of Peak Rental Demand Guest's are permitted to take possession of a reserved property after 4PM Central Standard Time. Please plan your arrival accordingly to avoid extended wait times in extreme temperatures. The conclusion of Guest's reserved rental use and Guest's departure and peaceful surrender of the premises must occur prior to 10AM on the scheduled date of departure. Any variation of the Arrival and Departure times herein stated requires the prior written consent of NVR and remains subject to property availability and additional fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY: NVR encourages all Guests to purchase Travel Interruption Protection Insurance Coverage from a licensed independent third party provider. Established and Confirmed Reservations remain responsible for the full faithful financial performance outlined in the Short Term Rental Lease Agreement. Excused Guest Cancellations are permitted exclusively in instances of:
* Mandatory Island Evacuation Orders by the Island Authority.
* Mandatory Property Evacuation Orders by any official with jurisdiction or authority to protect the safety and welfare of all persons and property.
* Any actions, or lack thereof, by the property Owner such that interferes or impedes with the legal and quiet enjoyment of use by Guest Lessee.
* Damage or destruction of the property or premises such that renders rental occupancy as being unsafe or hazardous.
Excused Guest Cancellations for reasons outlined above are exempt from further financial performance outlined in the Short Term Rental Lease Agreement and are eligible for a refund of paid Committal Deposits or a prorated refund of monies paid for unused portions of time for reserved rental use.
COMMITTAL DEPOSITS: Committal Deposits collected at the time of making a Reservation and are used to secure a Guest's reserved rental use of the property. Committal Deposit payments are applied towards the all inclusive total cost of a Guest's reserved rental visit. Committal Deposit payments are NOT refundable Security Deposits. The Committal Deposit required to make a Reservation for this property is $250.00.
CREDIT CARDS: Use of an accepted Credit or Debit card for making payment of anything other than the Committal Deposit remains subject to additional fees associated with card processing. Committal Deposit payments must be made with an accepted Credit Card and are exempt from additional card processing fees. Payment of an Outstanding Reservation Balance made at the time of Check-In must be made using Certified Funds. Guests may avoid additional fees for Credit or Debit card use by making payment of the Outstanding Balance using either: Cashier's Check, Money Order or US Currency.
HOURS of OPERATION: NVR does NOT maintain a 24 Hour Guest Check-In facility. Guest arrivals occurring after Operational Business Hours must contact NVR prior to 5PM Central Standard Time on the date of scheduled arrival to obtain property access codes. Guest failure to notify NVR of the need to make an after-hours arrival may result in Guest's inability to gain property access. No pricing adjustments will be made.
After-hours Guest Arrivals are required to formally Register and Check-In at the Office of NVR prior to 11AM on the morning following arrival.
PAYMENT: Payment of any outstanding Reservation balance is payable at the time of Check-In and must be made with certified funds. Payment of all costs associated with Guest rental use of the property is required prior to Guest entry or taking possession of the property.
PETS: Pet animals are expressly NOT permitted. Any violation of this rental provision will result in the immediate termination of Lessee's rental and allowed occupancy of the property and Lessee's forfeiture of all monies paid. Evidence of the presence of a pet animal discovered at the time of post rental inspection of the property will have all incurred charges associated with pet remediation efforts, Fines or Fees levied by a Homeowner's Community, if any, and all costs incurred for property replacements applied and billed to Lessee's Credit Card presented at the time of Registration and Check-In.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: It is the policy and practice of NVR to notify all Guests of the need to substitute comparable or superior accommodations if such need is known at least 24 hours prior to Guest arrival. NVR reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations in instances of Force Majeure.

During periods of Peak Rental Demand all reservations for this property are maintained exclusively on a weekly reservation cycle of Saturday-Saturday.
SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior portions of this property. Violation of this rental provision will result in the immediate termination of Lessee's rental and allowed occupancy of the property and Lessee's forfeiture of all monies paid. Evidence of smoking discovered during post rental inspection of the property will have all incurred charges associated with smoke remediation efforts or required property replacements applied and billed to the Credit Card Lessee provides at Check-In.
This home is perfect. Halfway between Florida's longest Pier and the Gulf Islands National Seashore (over 10 miles of protected soft powdery white sand beach). Far away from high rises to avoid row upon row of beach chairs ! When you first walk into that fresh, clean living room all you want to do is sink into the couch or the deck chairs and enjoy the view. You can walk over an hour at sunrise, collect lots of shells and see no one ! Swim in the gulf and walk back whenever you want to rinse off in the private outdoor hot water shower. The home has so many little extras it's hard to mention them all in this short space….the decor is light and bright, the views are awesome from the living room and main floor deck, 2 of the 3 bedrooms have balconies with beach view, the ground floor deck is furnished like an outdoor living room plus propane grill, hotel quality amenities (brand new bright white bath towels, complimentary shampoo, etc.), fully stocked kitchen complete with Espresso/Cappucino maker, the garage/enclosed ground floor has chairs & umbrellas for the beach. Plenty of room for 6 adults or any combination of adults and children - especially with such well furnished decks. Master bath is spacious and main floor half bath convenient. Do remember to bring your own beach towels. We appreciated all the assistance from the rental company. They made the entire trip hassle free. Gave us route details to avoid the traffic (we arrived on a day the Blue Angels were having a show) and a code for convenient check in. The Sailor's grill and the cafe at the pier offer good local food with competitive sand volleyball ! Plan ahead if you want to see the Blue Angels weekly practice.Eat at Red Fish Blue Fish or any of the many great beach restaurants in Pensacola. We highly recommend this home.
Absolutely beautiful home and a great location. My family couldn't have asked for a nicer home or view! It is beautifully decorated, very clean and well kept. The 3 decks are wonderful. Located only a mile to the Gulf Islands National Seashore, which is a must see! The pictures of this home don't do justice. The master and master bath are spacious and there is a half bath that isn't mentioned! We definitely want to recommend this home and Navarre Beach. Can't wait to return.
We have only used VRBO once before and although our experience was great, we were still nervous about this rental. It again exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a rental right on a quiet beach where we could watch our 4 kids (ages 15, 13, & 8 year old twins) play on the beach from the back deck. We found it in the Beauty and the Beach rental! This was a last minute rental on our end, however, the NVR Management Group did a great job of ensuring the reservation, check in, and check out process was as easy as possible. We found the property very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The great thing about Navarre Beach is that is it not as populated and provided a more intimate beach experience than many others in the area. The challenging thing about this is that you have to travel to either Pensacola Beach or Fort Walton Beach for some of the better beach restaurants. That was fine by us. We did find renting Paddle Boards and Kayaks at Juana Pagoda and walking the Pier to be a fun experience! We would recommend this rental to others seeking the same things and we will definitely be back! Thank you.
