Many thanks.
We fell in love with this spectacular property the minute we saw it. From it's wonderful location, with views of Poxabogue Golf Course (just off the 8th tee box) to true minutes to ocean beaches on bike or car, as well as the town centers of Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor and East Hampton, with its privacy and stylish amenities, the property is a gem.
Throw in a perfect, family-friendly layout, including an extensive and private, ground floor MBR suite, with large built-in cabinets and walk-in closet, comfortable, large den with a pull-out queen sleeper, steam shower and jacuzzi tub, to private deck access out to hot tub, yard, pool and tennis.
The kids can sleep in the two spacious upstairs bedrooms sharing the bathroom in between. There's a full-size pull-out couch allowing the upstairs to sleep 6.
Your guests will have privacy in their own guest suite at the far end of the house with its own separate entrance, a sitting area with yet another brand new, queen pull-out sofa, jacuzzi tub and a beautiful and peaceful 2nd floor deck overlooking the back yard and golf course.
We bought the house in late 2012, and haven't stopped renovating it since, inside and out.
We installed a new cedar shake shingle roof in January 2017. The outside was newly painted in April of 2017. The entire inside was painted, as well as newly decorated by a well-known East Hampton professional in 2013.
There is a new, gas fireplace for a cooler, summer evening with none of the headache of burning wood, but all the ambiance, and as much extra warmth as you care to regulate.
The 55' Samsung Smart TV over the living room mantel is also new, as are each of the new Samsung flat screens installed in the kitchen and on every bedroom wall.
And did we mention that we are wired for sound all throughout the downstairs with a new stereo system including easy smart-phone operation via SONOS, with speakers by the decking, hot tub, pool and tennis court?
The pool is in the middle of the property and situated directly under the path of the sun, all day. The colonnaded flagstone pool terrace provides a comfortable respite from the summer sun. We also have a large retractable awning to allow you to sit on the sun-room patio chaises all day, while staying cool.
The sunken tennis court was completed in May 2013, and is a joy on which to play. There is also a basketball court at the non-sun end of the court for all-day play with no sun in your -- or the kid's -- eyes.
There's an outdoor shower, newly-tuned-up bikes and plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids.
All utilities and services billed at cost to tenant. Utilities include propane and heating oil, phone, cable, internet, alarm. Services include weekly maid service, pool and spa cleaning, lawn and garden maintenance when "in season."
The house and property are too large to rent out for weekends, long or otherwise. Please don't ask us.
Additionally large groups cannot be accommodated as Sagaponack has strict rules about the number of unrelated adults staying in a home. This is a home for families or smaller groups of mature adults. Please don't ask about renting to a large group of friends.
The contents of the house have been photographed and you will be charged for missing items.
Many thanks.
