About Tim and Suzanne Huminski
Our family has enjoyed Cape Cod for five generations. We renovated our home in 2005 to enjoy many summers with our large extended family. We have rented the house seven of the seasons we have owned it, for a limited number of weeks in the summer season. Our rental history has always been successful.
Tim and Suzanne Huminski purchased this House in 2004
Why Tim and Suzanne Huminski chose South Orleans
We furnished the house as a place that is easy for a family to care for. We love Cape Cod and chose our home in South Orleans because of its easy access to Nauset Beach, Pleasant Bay, downtown Orleans and Chatham, Captain's golf course, Nickerson State Park, and the towns of Brewster and Chatham. We love body surfing on the gigantic sandbars at Nauset, soaking up the sun, searching miles of beach for sand dollars, and whale watching from shore. It's true-- we have seen many humpback whales spouting and flipping their tails while we watch from shore. You will see seals every day you visit. It is an easy ride from our house to Nauset and Skaket beaches without traveling through the center of town.
What makes this House unique
Our home is clean, well maintained, and easy to care for. Multiple cars or even a boat trailer will fit in the driveway.

Plenty of room for everyone. Conveniently located, short drive to Orleans Center, Harwich and Chatham .
The property was exactly as described! It was clean and the yard was very well maintained. The owner was responsive and provided detailed directions as well as a list of activities around the area. I would stay here again, and would recommend it for anyone looking for affordable accommodations in the area!
Our home is minutes away on back roads from both Nauset Beach (ocean side) and Skaket Beach (bay side). Both are spectacular for different reasons-- Nauset Beach has miles of crashing waves, sandbars, surfing, body surfing, fishing, and wildlife viewing (birds, seals, whales, porpoises, and much more). Skaket has miles of low tide flats to walk, and warm calm waters are great for small children. Nickerson State Park and Crystal Lake are close by, and Captain's Golf Course (2 miles away) is one of the top ten public courses in the country. Check out the late afternoon half price discount. Best ice cream in town: Ice Cream Cafe.
