Enjoy this newly decorated and remodeled two bedroom/ two bath condo in the heart of Scottsdale. Gaze at breathtaking views of Camel-back mountain from the Master bedroom and balcony. Take a leisurely stroll to the world famous Fashion Square Mall, hundreds of shops, restaurants and night clubs in downtown Scottsdale. Within walking distance to the Scottsdale's Art district where you can enjoy the wonderful downtown galleries right in the heart of Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale.

Back at the condo you can enjoy any of the four pools and grilling areas around the condo; and play shuffleboard if you would like. The green belt bike trail is only 6 blocks away where you can enjoy wonderful bike rides, walks or choose a park to play tennis, basketball or even fish in the ponds.

There are hundreds of gold courses nearby in Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe and Phoenix.

If you like hiking you can hike at any of the mountain parks in the area. The famous Echo Canyon at Camel-back mountain is only a five minute drive from the condo.

Both bedrooms are very comfortable with brand new high quality mattresses and comfortable bedding. There is a high definition TV in the master bedroom.

The condo is very modern and decorated with Parisian flare that will make you feel comfortable while enjoying the large screen High Def TV in the living room and looking out the window with views of Camel-back mountain.

This condo has it all and its all brand new. Even the outside of the entire complex was newly painted in 2013. The laundry facility is right downstairs and has been equipped with brand new machines in late 2013. The landscaping around the complex is mature and beautiful with flowering trees, shrubs and green grassy areas.

It is important for us to keep our new condo very clean. We have family nearby that does an outstanding job of cleaning the entire place between rental periods. They clean with great care and fix any small items needing attention before you arrive. You will appreciate the immaculate condition the condo is in when you arrive.

If you visit for vacation you will be sure to enjoy all that our wonderful home away from home has to offer.

We are all in love with Scottsdale and found this part of town to be quiet with scenic views and only a stroll away from everything that Scottsdale has to offer.

Relaxing, beautiful views, great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Scottsdale. The condo was well kept, clean and cozy. We enjoyed being so close to many different locations like the mall, the downtown area and entertainment district. The pool was very calm and relaxing with a beautiful view of Camelback Mountain! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to relax yet enjoy what Scottsdale has to offer!

Great place to vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Camelback House immensely. This was our second year staying in Keith's apartment, and it is comfortable, nicely renovated and well furnished. Keith is extremely accommodating, and if we had any questions or concerns he got back to us quickly and resolved any issue to our satisfaction. The complex is quiet, nicely landscaped, and has amenities such as four pools, shuffleboard, and barbecues in each quad. The location in Scottsdale is terrific. It is an easy walk to Old Town Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain, and Fashion Square is directly across the street. There are an abundance of great restaurants in the area, none further than a 10 minute drive. We highly recommend not only the apartment, but the complex as well!

Needs Attention

This is a sweet condo in a fantastic location. Upon arrival, we found it very dirty and "tired." We contacted Keith immediately and he began right away to resolve these issues. With a thorough deep cleaning, new linens throughout and new living furniture it will be a gem.

Comfortable property in a great location!

We rented the Camelback House condo for a family vacation with our two young girls, and the property was ideal for our needs! It was clean and comfortable, with all the modern conveniences and view of Camelback Mountain!

The condo is close to the lovely Old Scottsdale shopping and restaurants, as well as Fashion Square Mall. Phoenix Zoo and other attractions are not far away, and access to the highway as needed is easy.

Highly recommended for a relaxing stay! :-)

Excellent

We are regular visitors to Scottsdale , usually for a 10 week stay during the winter months .For age related reasons we favour a location near Fashion Square mall , where the free Trolley Service allows easy access to the World Class Scottsdale Public Library, the wonderful Old Town and Fifth Avenue Restaurants , and lovely walks along the Arizona Canal during a balmy evening .Car rental facilities are available within a 5 minute walk from the Mall at the Dollar Rent -a-Car office located at the Chaparrall Suites Hotel .A 30 minute drive takes one to huge Shopping malls at Arizona Mills , Paradise Valley , and Tempe Marketplace , while closer by are smaller malls at Arcadia , and The Pavilions ..For groceries both Safeways and Fry's are just a 5 minute drive away (or if without a car Fry's can be easily reached using one of the Free Trolleys from near Fashion Square to Miller Rd. . The Talking Stick Trolley takes one to the Pavilions Shopping Mall and the Casino, and runs at 30 minute intervals .

For accommodation we look no further than N68 TH ST opposite the entrance to the Mall.We were extremely lucky to have made contact with Keith , anf found him to be most courteous and effecient in all our dealings with him.The presentation of the rental property was 100% accurate , and its cleanliness on our arrival could not be faulted .One always felt safe and secure in its second floor location (-CAUTION : exercise care when / if carrying heavy luggage up / down its 18 steps !!!.)Within the apartment everything worked , and the Heating System was state -of-the art

Would we return again ? Most definitely .

Perfect Condo

Great Location! Extremely close (within walking distance) to the downtown area and fashion Square shopping center. Nice, clean, and beautifully decorated condo! Everything you possibly need is provided. We loved the clean condo pool and laundry room available was very convenient. It was nice and quiet and very relaxing! Great for just couples as well as families. Plenty of room! If you like to go hiking, Camelback mountain is located 5 minutes away. We loved it and can't wait to come back!
