I'm a local Realtor and I moved to Portland in 1993. We are a family of 4 and own several long and short term rentals in Portland.

We’ve lived in this neighborhood for 10+ years; we think it is the best neighborhood in Portland!

We’re in love with Portland and especially with Nob Hill (Alphabetical District). It has so many things to offer and is conveniently located to other famous neighborhoods (Pearl District, Downtown, etc.).

We enjoy living in Portland and hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do. We aim to provide a comfortable home while visiting the City of Roses, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any inquiries.

Perfect Portland

Great old house. Apartment with lots of light, a terrific balcony and lots of old fashioned charm.

Beautiful neighborhood. 23rd street is a block away with all its shops, restaurants and bars.

Great Location and Great Accommodations

We came into town for 4-day visit and Vladamir and the apartment was great! Plenty of towels, linens and a washer/dryer if needed. The place was clean and well maintained and provided all the amenities of home. It is in a great location from dining and shopping on 21st and 23rd streets and also a nice 15-minute walk Slabtown and the Pearl districts. Highly recommend renting from Vladamir!

Quaint and clean. Excellent location

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment is very clean and is so cute. We had everything we needed. There was never a time we felt unsafe.

There are so many places within walking distance. There is a grocery store 2 blocks away, multiple restaurants and lots of high end shopping around the corner. Washington Park is 2 blocks away also and so beautiful. Downtown was an easy 1 mile or so and it was fun to walk through the different neighborhoods.

Parking on the street was easy. We never had any trouble finding a spot. We would definitely stay here again.

good location

Good location, good size, walkable to local restaurants and shops, but parking is a problem. We spent a better part of our stay paying for parking as the pass was not usable because there were not spaces available. Overall, nice place, but needs a little updating, like window screens and some circulation.

Simple, easy to access, and close to lots

From the very beginning working with Vladimir was easy, and he was very accommodating! I booked the wrong dates, and he made all the adjustments on his end so I didn't have to cancel and rebook. This rental was perfect for us, reasonable, and well appointed. The bed was comfy! And the lovely little terrace was perfect for coffee and wine. RIGHT by an entrance to Washington park and MANY awesome restaurants and shops. Everything we needed was either there or a short walk to purchase. We'll definitely be back! I would recommend this rental to a couple wanting to spend time walking around the city, PERFECT home base for exploring! THANK YOU VLAD!
