Luxury and peaceful

  • 5 of 5

Myself and four of my former Marine Corps brothers had the opprotunity to stay in this absolutely beautiful home for the memorial day weekend. When we arrived we were taken back by the beautiful setting and the fact that the home was exactly how it is represented in the listing. The house is very comfortable and does not miss any of the comforts of home. The layout is nice and provides a great open area to include the livingroom, diningroom, and large kitchen, but the real beauty was the large private bedrooms with comfortable beds.

We found communication with the owners was very easy and quick. They were respectful and attentive, which really allowed us to just enjoy our get away. On a side note we want to thank them again for allowing us to use their home because we were declined several times while looking for something that weekend. I guess I can't blame the other owners for not wanting 5 marines in their homes, but I feel fortunate that it lead us to this beutiful house.

The town of Williams was very close, but far enough away to let us enjoy the pines and the quite forest we were searching for. The roads to the house are very well maintained and there is more than enough parking.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for the wonderful review. It was a great pleasure to have you stay with us. Secondly thank you, and your four brothers in arms for your service. Our housekeeper said she was amazed at how clean the home was after you and your friends left. I hope you will come back on a future visit. You and your friends are always welcome. It was truly an honor, especially over the Memorial Holiday to have you stay with us.

Very lavish and luxurious house

  • 5 of 5

The house is very large, luxurious, clean and fits description. We were a group of 13 people and everything was well stocked for us. Only downside was the wifi wasn't working. There were few other minor issues but Frank was quick to respond and send help. Highly recommended.

Great location and perfect for large groups!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay! This house was located close to town but still far enough away to feel the serenity of the woods. Our group was large (Girl Scouts) but we all slept comfortably. It gets a little warm in the afternoon and when cooking because there is no central air conditioner but we spent our afternoons out and about mostly. I would suggest taking the train ride to the Grand Canyon, visiting Bearizona and spending time shopping in Williams if you choose to stay here. All of those experiences were awesome as well and only minutes away from the cabin. Great time! I would love to visit again some day!

Spacious

  • 4 of 5

We stayed from June 30 2016 - July 3 2016. Very fast communication from owner. This is a beautiful spacious property. We had seven adults and five kids and we still had plenty of room. The kitchen/living area was perfect for all of us. We never felt like we were crowded when all together. The location was ideal. Just about an hour from Grand Canyon and Sedona. I recommend this property especially for a large group.

Tranquility Ranch is located in the heart of all the spectacular Northern Arizona attractions: The POLAR EXPRESS, The Grand Canyon Railway and the Grand Canyon are minutes away. Bearizona is located only 1 mile from our home and is one of our families absolute favorite! Sedona, a short one hour drive, has wonderful shopping and dining experiences, one our favorite restaurant being Dahl & Diluca. Williams and Historic RT 66, or the Mother Road, is a favorite and wonderful tourist attraction. Local shops and dining with great parades during Memorial Weekend and July 4th. Flagstaff, where you can ski Arizona Snowbowl in the winter or take a ride up the lift in the summer, is also home to the great NAU.
