This 2,300 square foot, light-filled beauty features two floors and three full bedrooms.
The second floor (home to two bedrooms plus the main living area) is accessed via elevator—a hint at the attention to detail you’ll find here!
Up to 8 guests can sleep in this upstairs, elevator-accessed space. The master bedroom, located here, has a king AND a full-sized bed—great for a family with kids who prefer to stay close. Also upstairs, the 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed and a futon.
The 3rd bedroom (by the front door next to the elevator door) features a queen bed, an en-suite bath, and a large closet.
No matter which bedroom you choose, you can count on plush mattresses, soft bedding, and a great night’s sleep! A full-sized laundry room adds to the convenience.
The gourmet kitchen will be a favorite gathering spot. Here you’ll find high-end appliances, including a custom fridge and a stainless steel oven. At mealtime, the spacious island has barstool seating, and 8 more can sit down to dinner at the custom-carved dining table.
This guest villa is attached to a larger home, where the owners live, but does not share any rooms, entrances, or parking areas with the main house. Even the pool is all yours!
When you're ready to venture out, take your pick of nearby dining and activities that will please everyone in your group—from fantastic restaurants and boutique shops to live music and active pursuits, like the hike & bike trails at the Bull Creek Greenbelt.
