When we arrived the chairs were partially broken and unit had black mold om the ceiling and curtains. Would nkt stay in this unit again
The condo was wonderful, perfect for a couples getaway.
Renting the condo was an easy process. Everything was done online.
Right at the beach, heated pool, tiki bar, ocean view and amazingly remodeled room with king size bed. We couldn’t wish for better place to stay.
We were there with our 20 month old boy, who managed to get sick, so we didn’t use their perks , but we enjoyed our stay regardless . I loved tiki bar by the pool with their tasty drinks and fish spread.
Only downside was that there is no housekeeping service . We needed a sheet change due to lots of sand and we were told to walk it in coin laundry. I didn’t like the idea of paying $6 for washing sheet and sit in coin laundry on my vacation, so I had to reach out to manager who brought me an extra sheet.
There were two sets of sheets for sofa, but none for the bed, I wish that would be fixed.
Also balcony floor was constantly wet due to leaking ac water, but it didn’t bother us.
Other that this everything was great. New appliances , new shower. Everything we needed.
And now guests will have a beach umbrella in there because we left there ours :)
I loved that everything was close in the area.
Wonderful stay! Place is small but had everything we needed except an oven. We still were able to eat in every night by walking to Publix. Great beach and amazing sunsets!! We’ll be back , thank you!!
Perfect location! Close to everything you need. Condo included all that was required for a comfortable stay and fun on the beach.
Older but extremely convenient!
Although the property as a whole was older, the convenience is awesome. The view was exactly as pictured and the beach is a very short walk. It is a small two person unit, so I wouldn't want more than two. The inside is updated in style.
