This gorgeous gulf front town home is the perfect place to come unwind on Cape San Blas with friends and family. The scenery surrounding this gated community can not be matched as it is nestled in the south end of the highly coveted SeaCliffs subdivision near the spectacular St. Joseph State Park. Professionally decorated, plush bedding, new paint, furnishings, recessed lighting. We just renovated the kitchen 9/15. Beautiful quartz countertops, Kraftmaid cabinets, new oven and microwave! Kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need including a mini wine fridge! This unit has unobstructed views of the gulf from all three levels and the most amazing sunsets from any of the three decks. Sugar white beaches, amazing emerald gulf waters and natural dunes await your arrival! Enjoy watching the sunsets from the beach with a bonfire! To the south of our home is undeveloped property to help solidify your privacy and comfort. This unit offers 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens). We even offer a full size crib for our smallest guests! The first floor features the living and kitchen area plus a balcony. Along with custom Adirondack chairs on the first two balconies. The first floor balcony also has a gas grill and new dining furniture that is 'balcony height'. The second floor consists of two bedrooms that are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. In that bathroom you will find not only a tub and shower combo, but an additional shower as well! The third floor is the master suite with the most incredible views! This home offers covered parking, washer and dryer, community swimming pool, play area, free WiFi and long distance. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. This is a pet free (no pets allowed) and non-smoking unit. BEGINNING APRIL 2015 WEEKLY RENTALS ARE SUNDAY TO SUNDAY ****Bath/Bedding linens are provided.

*****As of 1/27/2015, Gulf County has passed a new ordinance known as 'Leave No Trace Behind'. In a nutshell, it is illegal to leave unattended property on the beach overnight, (chairs, toys, tents, etc.) forbids glass containers/bottles on the beach as well as dictating that holes dug on the beach must be filled in at the end of the day. There is additional information available in our home regarding this ordinance. Fortunately, our unit is gulf front and it is a short distance between our home and beach.

Why Chris Denny chose Florida Main North West

Our first time visiting CSB was in July 2012 and we rented this exact unit. I was awake one night surfing the web interested in the local real estate scene. One thing led to another and we purchased the unit! It has had a MAJOR face lift! When we rented it, it was very dated and dirty. Mint green walls, royal blue carpet, and plenty of decor and rattan from the 80's only to be held together with duct tape. The beds didn't even have bed spreads and the couches.....Goodwill would not even take!!! Long story short, this has been a labor of love. The unit has been decorated and furnished with higher end items such as bedding, furniture, cookware, etc. as it makes it that much better for your stay! When we visit, we are always working on prepping the unit for our next guests trying to assure you your best CSB vacation EVER!

What makes this townhome unique

We fell in love with this unit because of the amazing views and love the fact that our kids can run between the pool and beach! Such a great, family oriented area.

We have rented in Sea Cliffs for many, many years and this is now our favorite unit! We have never stayed in a "non-pet-friendly" unit in the past and there is something to be said for that. There were no pet odors and when sitting on the couch or bed, I did not feel like I was sleeping on a dirty dog bed. Beautiful unit, fabulous views and lovely beach! The kitchen had everything imaginable needed for our stay. Make sure you check out Triple Tails and Indian Pass Raw Seafood Bar. They were amazing!

Wonderful experience

Our family went to Cape San Blas for the week. The condo was very nice. The beach and water was immaculate. The location is super as you have decks to sit on and watch the beautiful ocean.

As others have stated, the kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen ever in a rental facility.

The only negative was the tv did not work in one bedroom on second floor and there was no tv in master bedroom. This is minor as you will want to stay on the beach.

Beautiful views, easy beach access, nicely decorated and equipped

This was our second stay in this home which has everything we need. The ocean views are just gorgeous and we love being oceanfront. There is plenty of space to spread out-3 decks oceanfront, nice patio furniture, gas grill. The sunsets are beautiful. We've stayed in some dated beach homes over the years, but this one is clean and has a great new kitchen! The furniture is new and there's a casual/beachy feel inside. Our kids like the pool and we all are fans of the white sand and sparkling ocean.

Perfect Place to Stay!

What a great property to stay in for the week or longer! Well decorated and comfortable throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots/pans crock pot, electric skillet, even good knives and spices and much more. Felt like we were staying at the home of a personal friend versus a rental. Had a variety of board games to play, beach chairs to use if you need them along with some water toys too.

Great view right on the ocean, saw the dolphin in the morning with coffee and evening with our wine. Fun places to eat are Indian Raw Bar, Gibson Inn and Up the Creek in Apalachicola. The fried croissant at the Weber's Donut Shop is a must try! Get there early.

Fun to walk the beach in the morning toward the state park, quite and not a lot of people in that direction.

Exactly what we wanted

Our family of 6 (2 adults, an 8 year old, two 10 year old, and a 12 year old children) had a wonderful vacation in Cape San Blas. We had never been to this part of Florida and were not disappointed. I must say the best part was the condo. Margaret has decorated it in what I'd describe as Pottery Barn beach - very well done. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed and more. I have stayed at many VRBO homes and typically the kitchen is minimally equipped. Not this place. On the second day of our visit we discovered the water heater wasn't working. Within a couple hours, Margaret had a repairman there and a new water heater was installed the next day. She even gave us a complimentary night because of the inconvenience. The view is amazing and we fell asleep each night to the sound of the ocean waves. I recommend renting golf carts from a place right behind the Tradin' Post. We were able to take them into the state park and even onto the beach. The condo unit is about as close as you can get to the state park. We went there twice to explore tide pools and check out the sand dunes. If you're looking for a quiet place without hotels, this is it. Next time we will rent bikes and make a stop at Coneheads (it was closed for remodeling). We couldn't have hoped for a better place and hope to be back soon. Thank you!!
