Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium at The Grand Traverse Resort. Located on the 16th hole of the Bear Golfcourse in the Singletree Condominium Association. New Kitchen and laundry appliances, new granite counters in kitchen. All new hardwood laminate flooring through out entire condo. We are pet friendly. Please let us know if you are bringing your well behaved dog. There is a cleaning fee for a pet.
Large flat screen TV over stone fireplace in living room. Ensuite master bedroom with king size bed and flat screen TV. Bathroom has new jetted tub/shower and comfort height toilet.
Second bedroom has queen size bed and flat screen TV. Second bathroom has walk in shower and new comfort height toilet.
This is a privately owned condo. All public areas of the Grand Traverse Resort can be enjoyed.
Three day rentals are available in May and early June as well as September and early October. Remainder of summer a minimum stay of 5 days is required.

Great condo!

We stayed here while attending a horse show, and it's very convenient to get to GLEF. The view of the golf course is beautiful, and the condo is very clean and well maintained. The owner was super nice and helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spot for a short term stay

The photos on the site do not do justice to the great view from this condo. The place was clean and the beds and baths were in good shape. For seniors, it would be helpful to have grab bars in the showers. The issue for us is that we were there for 3 weeks and the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. I'm short, my husband is tall and no amount of pillows could get the sofa comfortable. Also, the second bedroom was an office with a bed and that was not evident in the listing. There was no closet or drawer space. We had some guests visit and that was a minor problem. For a short term stay, none of this would have been a problem. The hosts responded to us quickly and pleasantly.

Traverse City Stay

We spent a lovely time at Mary and Rob's condo. We loved being on the golf course and also close to Flint Fields. The view from the patio was fantastic. We all enjoyed watching the golfers each day. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Mary was very responsive. We would definitely book the condo again.
