Great property for a family event! Location is amazing

  • 5 of 5

Our very large family had plenty of space and lots of contact with nature. There was plenty of space to be together and for solitude and recharge of our batteries!

Great location but not the neatest houses.

  • 3 of 5

The house has an excellent location. We saw a lot of wild animals. The house has a clean and beautiful hot tub, But when we arrived to the house It was suprising because it wasn't clean. The bed sheets weren't clean, most of the things in the house was covered in dust, and the carpets had dog hair.

Owner's Response: Hello Hasmik, All the bed linens were washed and cleaned prior to your arrival. Other than the garage, the only dusty spot I could find was below the wine rack in the dining room. I did find a couple dog hairs in the middle of the rug under the coffee table in the living room, where the coffee table had to be moved to get the vacuum head underneath to remove the two hairs.

Great place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

We visited Yosemite and stayed at this home for four nights. It had charm and all the amenities you could ever want. It is a bit of a drive to the entrance to Yosemite, but still less than an hour and most of the drive is scenic. There was plenty of room for the five of us and our large labrador. The real bonus, though, was the natural beauty surrounding this home. It's on a large plot of land so you feel secluded while still being right off a main street. We got a lot of use out of the deck, whether it being to stare at the endless backyard while on the swing or to enjoy the hot tub. Will definitely revisit this place again next time we're visiting Yosemite.

Our entire family had the best time during our stay. The house is well equipped and exactly as described by the owner. The outdoor wraparound balcony was the best. You wake up to hummingbirds and all kinds of different birds eating from the feeders. Beautiful wild turkeys, deers and different animals hanging out. The sound of the river flow is total magic. The river that runs through the property is beautiful and very nice to walk down and enjoy. We enjoyed playing board games, etc... The jacuzzi is also a nice feature. We used the kitchen very much and its well equipped. There were 12 of us staying at the house and we didn't feel cramped or on top of each other at any time. There is ample room throughout. We will definitely go back to the house anytime. Thanks to the owners for everything.
