Wonderful experience Susan K
We were looking for a relaxing week and this was perfect. The cabin was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. It was wonderful to sit on the porch and listen to the running water from the stream. Our two dogs enjoyed the freedom to run around a little on the property. After a couple of hours of sightseeing we couldn't wait to come "home" and relax. This was a most enjoyable vacation and we are looking forward to staying there again.
Beautiful Property, Very Relaxing.
The property was beautiful. Everything was nice and clean. We had a wonderful time staying here we will definitely be back.
Thank you for your kind words. We love our guests!
Perfect little getaway cabin for 2
We absolutely loved the little cabin! Perfect 2 night getaway to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary :) even our dogs loved it! The sound of the creek was so nice. It felt like a very private area, but we were still super close to downtown Gatlinburg - just what we wanted! Everything was in working order minus the air. When we arrived, a AC truck was there who said he was working on the thermostat, but it was apparently not fixed. Not too unbearable though with the ceiling fans & box fan. We would definitely recommend Lindsey Mill! Everything we could possibly need was provided.
& we would also recommend the Little House of Pancakes right down the road for a gooood breakfast! Blackberry pancakes were awesome!!
We are so sorry you experienced the problem with the heat and air. The entire system has now been replaced and we are pleased to say everything is now working properly. Hope you come back soon!
We couldn't have asked for a better time. With reading some of the reviews, I must say we were a little sceptical but once we arrived, we couldn't have picked a better place! It is private and pretty secluded. The cabin itself is just amazing! We would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a wonderful getaway. We will definitely come back. In fact we are planning for it now. Thank you for our great time at your cabin! Terri and Bill
Thank you Terri and Bill! Just let us know and we will leave a light on for you!
Very quiet and tranquil. Running stream was nice to listen too while enjoying the deck and hot tub. You feel completely comfortable there. Would highly recommend the place.
So glad you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to your return!
No fish in stream, pond polluted.
House was nice. Had issues with heating, and cooling system not resolved entire stay. No compensation offered for inconvienence.
Thank you for stating the house was nice. The heat and air company has finally diagnosed the problem and a part will be delivered this week. My property manager Tammi was up at the house numerous times during this situation. She indicated to me that you were ok and did not seem to be inconvenienced because the weather conditions did not warrant it. I am so sorry that you were inconvenienced. Since no compensation was asked for, I assumed things were ok.
The pond is stagnant this time of year, but is certainly not polluted since there is nothing that could pollute it other than rain. The creek is full of trout, but alas, not always caught. Please accept my apology and let me know how we can make you a happy repeat customer!
Located 15 minutes to downtown, 5 miles to the arts and crafts community and 4 miles to the Greenbrier entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
