An adorable old adobe, Poco Loco was recently renovated from top to bottom. The Casita is tucked away between East Palace and East Alameda in old Santa Fe, you are only steps away from the shady Santa Fe River Park which makes for a pleasant stroll to and from the Plaza, perfect for kids to play and dogs to walk.

Casita de Poco Loco is conveniently located within a few feet of world-class restaurants, spas, and a historic victorian bar. Poco Loco, the best of both worlds... the privacy of a home with the amenities of of a Four Diamond resort. There is no comparable vacation rental in the Historical District!

Casita de Poco Loco is fully air conditioned and boasts a comfortable, 1250 sq. ft. floorplan, with two separate bedrooms, and two full-baths, cozy living area, full dining room that seats six, full kitchen with complete cooking amenities, a queen bedroom, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. This adobe home includes fine furnishings and great art! In addition, we offer a relaxing, landscaped patio with a table and chairs for 4, a fountain, and gas grill for outdoor entertaining.

The house was recently the art studio of western artist, J.W. Segler and is appointed with many of the artist’s original paintings and prints, which rotate as new work becomes available.

The home has been completely renovated and is in immaculate condition. Private parking for one car is provided. Additional parking is available nearby. High speed Internet service is provided, as well as TV and Dish Network, as well as a full size washer and dryer.

Greatest location imaginable!

This rental is a short 12 minute walk from the Plaza, heart of Santa Fe. Comfortable rooms, well-appointed kitchen, living and dining room. Parking no problem for more than one car because of permit available for lot next door. There is an enclosed cemented area for dogs, and East Alameda is a few hundred feet away and is perfect for dog walking because it is a linear park and supplied with poopie bags.

Beautiful casita in perfect location

This casita was within easy walking distance to the plaza, Canyon Road galleries and many outstanding restaurants. This was the perfect location for our 3 generation "girls trip" with my mother and my niece. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well appointed and the decor was lovely. We highly recommend it and would stay again.

Great weekend getaway with fantastic location

This VRBO was very clean and had everything I needed to have a wonderful vacation getaway in Santa Fe. The location was stellar within walking distance to everything I wanted to see. The only difficulty was finding the property but thanks to the owner he provided wonderful directions and the signage really helped.

Great location, charming casita

Casa de Poco Loco is located behind the La Posada hotel, a short walk to almost anywhere you'd want to go. The casita itself was nicely furnished and decorated and very clean. There was an issue for us in that there was no toilet paper, the parking passes were missing and they were out of laundry detergent. That keeps me from giving them 5 stars, however, it was a fine stay once all of this was resolved.
