Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, communal pool - Sleeps 6
Why Owner chose Potamos tis Germasogeias
Located in Limassol a short distance from the sea front and major amenities. The complex is gated and has a large pool, which accommodates children and adults.
What makes this Apartment unique
The complex is still relatively new, and the landscaping is now being to mature. It is populated at various times of year by long term occupiers and short term guests. It has a large balcony and a great view of the azure pool.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped in a nice quiet location.
The owner was very quick to reply to any queries and sorted a couple of minor problems out very promptly. Would certainly recommend.
A lovely apartment for a relaxed stay
The apartment was great. Two bathrooms were perfect for the four of us. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was very handy. Seating for 6 at the dining table meant our friends could come over for dinner. The complex itself is clean, well kept and was very, very quiet. It felt like a lot of the apartments were permanent residences.
The pool area is nice, although the water was a bit cold for me in October (the rest of them went in and I watched!).
5-10 minutes walk down the road is the main road with bars, restaurants and shops. Watch out for mad drivers when you cross though as some don't quite understand traffic lights are meant to be compulsory!
The public beaches are signposted from the main road. They are clean and the water was lovely and warm even at the end of October. If you want to go scuba diving I thoroughly recommend The Aquatic Centre.
The bus is 1.50 euros for a one way trip just about anywhere in Limassol and leave every 20 minutes or so from the main road. Our teenagers used it often to go the skate park near the port. Everywhere felt safe and staff in shops and restaurants couldn't do enough for us.
Lidl is a 10-15 minute walk if you want a wider choice of groceries than the local shops.
Prices in Limassol are about the same as in the UK.
(There are a lot of cats, but they look clean and don't bother you at all.)
A great holiday, and we'd definitely come again.
Highly recommend for family vacation!
The apartment is extremely well equipped and the grounds and pool are lovely. The only problems involved the complicated initial entry with challenging directions and difficulty accessing wifi. The quiet location was just right for our family of 5.
Just a delight from the moment we arrived to the time we left after two weeks in the apartment!
My two young kids, wife and myself stayed recently for two full weeks. The apparment was perfect for us. Great location (central) but without the noise. It had everything we needed, even a frappe mixer for my early morning summer fix!
The pool area was the highlight. Spacious and never too busy, very clean and gardens looked after daily. Lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas too. There was even a little gym which was a nice surprise. Granted very basic but could still put in a workout or two.
Judith was always on hand to help and responded to all my emails promptly.
We tend to visit Cyprus at least once a year and now that we’ve found this little gem we will definitely be returning.
Bay view Gardens for a medical trip
Ozone treatment for cancer or Lyme disease much more available in Cyprus than in much of Europe and the States (where it is very expensive).
Staying in this flat while having treatment has been wonderful. The whole environment is relatively peaceful, the gardens are mature with lots of interesting plants well maintained. The flat is spacious for 3.
Kitchen is especially good for a rented flat. Bathrooms are splendid, beds are comfortable. If we come back this will be first choice without a doubt. Michael Bridge
We enjoyed our stay at Bayview Garden Apartments, the property was ideal with sun all day on the balcony. There is everything you need for your stay in the apartment although the chairs on the balcony could do with replacing as they were splitting on the seat but this is my only criticism as everything else is ideal for a holiday. The noise from the nearby building site woke us a couple of mornings but it did not spoil the stay. We hired a car but the bus stop is within easy walking distance & buses are reasonably priced. There are a few restaurants, bars & a supermarket within walking distance but I was a bit disappointed with the food in some of them, and the fact that football was on the television in most of the local bars.
Limassol is ideally placed to see most of the island & it is within driving distance from both the international airports.
I was a little disappointed with the city as it has grown so much since I last visited & has lost that local appeal
I will defininely be back to Cyprus before too long
The apartment is in the Yermasoyia district of Limassol. It is very close to several amenities including the beach. Limassol itself is a bustling and sophisticated town, the second largest in Cyprus. It is almost equidistant from Paphos in the west, Larnaca to the east, Nicosia in the centre and the Troodos mountains in the north west.. As such it is a perfect base from which to explore the island. If you'd prefer a one centre holiday Limassol and its close surroundings offer more than enough attractions and amenities to keep everyone happy. Apart from the seafront and beach some others to note are the Curium beach and ancient amphitheatre, the old town Medieval Castle frequented by Richard the Lionheart during the Crusades, Amathus Kingdom ancient ruins, Fasouri water park and the Sea walkway (300 meters away running for 12+kilometers along the whole bay). Ideal for a morning run or an evening stroll. At the beachfront you will find many cafes and restaurants of all types.
Other Activities: Fun Fair, Art, Music Theatre and Wine festivals.walking along 12 kilometer sea front pathway.
