This property is a 2nd floor carriage house with a 2 car tandem garage located directly under the unit located in national award winning Fall Creek Place for neighborhood urban renewal. Drive into the garage and step into the units private entrance. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master bedroom has a king size bed. The master bath has a soaking garden tub with dual sinks and separate shower.The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with walk in closet. The third bedroom has a full sized bed. Probably the most fabulous feature of this unit is the 3rd floor roof top screened in porch. Sit out at night with the patio lights and enjoy the lighted skyline of downtown Indianapolis. This property is located north of downtown in what some call the "mid-town" area.

The decor is modern in nature and very clean. The unit has laminate or hard surface flooring throughout with area rugs.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking standard meals. There are some condiments on site. There is a Keurig coffee pot and a tea kettle for morning wake-ups. Wifi available and 2 TV's (one in master and one in the living space). There is cable TV in living room but both TV's are smart TV's for Netflix or Hulu log-in.

This unit is 18 minutes to Lucas Oil Stadium, 22 minutes from Indianapolis Motor Speedway, 20 minutes to Broad Ripple Avenue and 10 minutes away from popular Indianapolis Mass Ave.

Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind allowed in the unit or on the roof at ANY TIME.

Our family rented this carriage house so we could spend Christmas with our daughter who was working in Indy over the holidays. Sherry was an accommodating host, and easy to work with for all our needs. She even let us bring our dog for the two night stay, which was so amazing. The place was very cute, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of closet space and the bathrooms were well done and clean. Kitchen is well equipped although I could have used a few things that were not there, but nothing earth shattering. The garage was a huge bonus, especially because it snowed and it was cold as heck. We didn’t get to use the outside screened porch upstairs due to weather, but it looks very quaint. Definitely an up and coming part of town with lots of renovations happening. Short ride to downtown.

Overall a very pleasant experience for us!

I developed, designed and built this property as a companion to the 110 year old building next door. I am proud of this unit and the roof top screened in porch is such a fantastic feature that I want to share it with others. Great for reading a book, taking an afternoon nap or even sleeping outside. It is close to all things downtown and also close to Broad Ripple or even the north side. I enjoy urban settings and the diversity that comes with a lot of people in a densely populated area.
