Wonderful house for a large group

  • 5 of 5

The house is is a beautiful setting and is very large and accommodating.

Our extended, multi-generation family of 18 had plenty of space. There were abundant towels, sheets, blow-up mattresses and kitchen supplies.

Kim and Keith were very fast at responding to all of our queries. I would highly recommend their house.

We had a great time

  • 5 of 5

Lovely luxurious home. We had a large extended family stay there and everything was convenient and comfortable. Woodsy setting where you can see the birds and the wildlife, but not roughing it at all -- house has all the amenities: washer/dryer, WiFi, heating / air conditioning, cable TV, etc. Lots of space to spread out and relax, including soaking in the hot tub at the end of the day.

Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Location was quiet but not far from Mariposa (nearby town) where you can get groceries, gas or whatever you need, though the house already came well stocked with all the basics.

Perfect for a family weekend

  • 5 of 5

We had a blast at this property. There are multiple decks with beautiful views. The hot tub was perfect after long days of hiking in Yosemite. We turned off the deck lights and you could see the milky way - beautiful. It's a ways off the highway, but the seclusion is nice if you prefer not to hear anything but nature in the morning and see the stars at night (like me). When there was no traffic it was 45 mins to the gate on 140. Follow the owner's recommendations and get your groceries on the way in. Next time we'll bring an empty cooler and fill it with ice and groceries in Mariposa, since we went to the park before checking in. The grocery store in Mariposa has a really great deli. I would definitely stay again!
