This is one of 2 vacation rental apartments (see our sister apartment VRBO # 354752) we offer in a historic Mediterranean 4-plex located in one of Portland’s most lively, walkable and bike-able urban neighborhoods: The Nob Hill/NW Alphabet District. Just 2 to 4 blocks away one-of-a-kind boutiques, fabulous restaurants, charming grocery stores, theatre, nature parks and hiking trails, Portland’s Streetcar and more await your exploration. Also, we are a 5 to 15 minute drive or bike ride to Downtown and the Pearl District as well as a 90 minute drive to either of the beautiful Oregon Coast or to scenic Mount Hood.

This fully renovated apartment is a perfect blend of charming vintage architecture and modern stylish design. Beautifully maintained and luxuriously appointed, we have done our best to provide you with a home away from home that you will fondly remember and want to come back to.

Entertain guests or simply relax in the charming living room that opens to a delightful dining room with French doors leading to your own large & private mahogany deck overlooking a gorgeous urban garden and offering a charming cityscape view. The apartment boasts a nicely fitted, updated open kitchen; a meticulous bathroom featuring ample thick cotton towels, Molton Brown toiletries and plenty of extra storage. Both bedrooms are serene and comfortable with luxury beds and top of the line linens and pillows.

There are two flat screen televisions - a 49” TV in the living room and a 46” TV in the master bedroom, both with Xfinity cable with specialty channels including HBO and Showtime. High-speed internet and charging stations are provided for your phones, computers and tablets plus portable Bose Bluetooth speakers for your favorite tunes. A washer and dryer are available for your use downstairs.

It is important for you to know that between 10pm and 8am, we expect all of your guests to refrain from making loud noises. If this does not suit your needs or preferences, we regret to have to tell you that this apartment is not the right fit for you.

My brother and I had always admired this building as we would often walk by often and when it came up for sale 25 years ago, we were thrilled to be able to purchase it. Over the years we have received several unsolicited offers on it, but our 4-plex is a place we will always treasure. In fact, just 2 years ago my brother and his wife moved into one of the 4 apartments so they could enjoy urban living at it finest. My partner and I intend to live here some day too!

What makes this apartment unique

I think my favorite thing is it's private garden and charming covered deck. Wonderful for lazy afternoons reading a book or enjoying drinks and dinner.

Awesome property and location!

We had a wonderful time staying in this 2-bedroom condo for the first week of July. The condo is just as described if not better, and even cuter in person than in the photos! Very well appointed, lots of extras especially in the bathroom, and just overall a perfect place to stay. Very walkable location to cute shops and restaurants in one of the trendier parts of town. Parking was no issue at all, as we had a rental car for some sightseeing trips we had planned. This rental is perfect and we would definitely stay here again. Also the owner and property manager are very fast at responding to messages if you need to ask them anything! Thank you so much.

First trip to Portland

This rental was in the perfect location. A couple blocks from 23rd Ave. with lots of restaurants and shops. There is a streetcar/bus stop also on 23rd Ave. The rental was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Fantastic location! Apartment is perfect!

We spent four nights in Portland, and this location was fantastic. We walked to shops, to restaurants and to both the Rose Garden and Japanese Gardens. The apartment is beautiful with excellent amenities. There were 8 or us, and so we rented both the upstairs and downstairs apartments, which was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portland.

So comfy and cozy!

Myself and two friends went to Portland last weekend and stayed in the apartment! We loved it!! Exceeded our expectations! Place was clean, well stocked and so comfortable! We enjoyed lots of time out on the balcony in between our outings in Portland. Would definitely recommend staying here! Owners were very easy and accommodating!!
