House, 3 BR + Convertible Beds, 3 Baths (Sleeps 6-9) - Oceanview
Our two family pier home is located directly across the street from the ocean with plenty of room and privacy. Enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the the evening watching the ocean waves on a huge covered deck equipped with pub patio set. As we do, you will find that you spend a great deal of time enjoying the spacious deck and beach atmosphere.
Our home is fully equipped. Upstairs and downstairs can be rented together or upstairs by itself in the off season. Whole house rental only in summer. For large families vacationing together, the downstairs is great for parents or teens. There are 2 separate living quarters, each equipped with full kitchens. It has a double garage with ample parking.
The upstairs living area is complete with laminate wood flooring throughout. There is a queen sized bed in master bedroom, walk-in closet, private bath and TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and is also equipped with TV. 2nd full bath is located in the hallway. The kitchen offers the amenities of home with flat surface stove, refrigerator with ice-maker, full size dishwasher, built-in microwave, bar area, as well as separate dining area. A laundry room is located near kitchen area with full sized washer and dryer. Ironing board and iron also provided.
The living room is spacious with 32' color TV, DVD player, and DVR. We also have a futon sofa in the living area that converts to a full sized bed. A single roll away bed is also available. The spacious downstairs unit has a queen sized bed, ceramic tile and is equipped with full kitchen, refrigertor, microwave, bath, 32' TV and private patio. Upstairs sleeps (7) and downstairs sleeps (2). Wireless internet is provided for your convenience.
We know that you will find our home and Oceanside Village a great place to vacation with private gated beach access available to residents and their guests. The Conch Cafe is located directly beside the private beach access. The village has 2 pools (indoor and outdoor and an outdoor splash pad built new in 2013, 5 beautiful fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court and a brand new community center for entertainment.
For the avid fisherman, the Surfside Pier is lcoated 1 mile north and the Garden City Pier is located 1 mile south of our home.
If you are interested in a great fun day with the family, enjoy the water park located within 1/4 mile on Business 17. It is filled with great water slides, lazy river, wave pool, go-karts and miniature golf. Take a picnic lunch and enjoy the entire day!
For the golfer, choose from the many tournament courses located throughout Myrtle Beach or have fun with the family playing miniature golf. Oceanside Village's own, Tupelo Bay, a full executive 18 hole course, lighted par 3 and driving range, 36 hole miniature golf course is located across street on Business 17.
If you are hungry, wonderful seafood is just minutes away in Murrell's Inlet. There is also great shopping at Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, malls, and many outlet stores surrounding the area.

About the owner: We live in Simpsonville, South Carolina. We have two sons and one grandson. We have 2 miniature poodles (Ty and Cash) who are a large part of our family. We love the beach and wanted somewhere we could call our own, that we could take our fur babies that was not a dump, and that our children and grandchildren would also enjoy.
Why the Owner Chose Surfside Beach, SC, USA:
We were previous renters of this property before we purchased. The home has been very well maintained and has a great 'home' feel. We always felt at home and so do our poodles!
