Nestled in the Highland Greens of Breckenridge is our 2 bedroom townhome

Come, relax and play in our 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome. There is a one car heated garage for your car. If you desire, it can stay parked as you let the private shuttle take you to downtown or the slopes and back! The radiant heated floors will keep you warm after a cold day in the winter . There is a private hot tub on the deck off of the dining area, where you can watch the sunset and enjoy the mountain range before you. A spacious laundry room is available in the unit as well as a fully furnished kitchen.New flat screen TV in the living room is available for your pleasure, as well.

Perfect for the Holiday Weekend

My husband and I rented this townhome for the 4th of July weekend since we had family in town. This townhome was very clean and the perfect size for two couples. It's a short drive to downtown Breckenridge, but there is so much to do in the area where the townhome is located. The owner was easy to communicate with and everything was better than expected. We will definitely rent here again!

The townhome is clean, comfortable and in great condition! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Great location--end unit with a hot tub, grill and patio table/chairs on the back deck with views of the Ten Mile Range. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Renee was very kind and helpful answering all our questions and ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in Summit County--you will not be disappointed.

Enjoy mountain ambiance in our comfortable 2 bedroom town home. Located a short 5 minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge and the lift to the slopes. A free, private shuttle is yours to whisk you to the slopes or downtown all day & evenings, upon request. There are 6 other ski resorts to visit within a 30 minutes drive: Vail, Beaver Creek, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Copper, or Keystone. The Jack Nicklaus 27-hole golf course is your next door neighbor on warm weather days. In the winter you may walk across the street for cross country skiing at the Gold Nordic Center.

There are a plethora of outdoor activities in the Breckenridge area in all seasons.The recreation center is nearby for fitness, swimming, and rock climbing wall . A bike path runs near by or try out mountain biking on any of the trails nearby. Visit in January and catch a glimpse of the fascinating Ice Sculptures or in September for the well known Octoberfest. There is always a fun day in waiting for you to interact with in the mountains of Summit County, Colorado!

In the winter, alpine conditions exist and owner is not responsible for any injuries.I have had to add the property protection insurance for $59 in order to cover incidental damages. This insurance covers the property and the refundable deposit covers violations of rules such as the no pet policy, no smoking, non registered guests and the like. This new policy of mine is on suggestion of VRBO/HomeAway.
