An absolutely stunning, light and airy, architectural design urban space in a peaceful neighbourhood. 90m2 have been molded to create an open plan modern and elegant apartment, with its own entrance and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors onto a private courtyard area, situated in the fashionable area of Belsize Park.

This bright and spacious, beautifully presented space was very recently fully renovated and newly furnished throughout to the highest of standards with under floor heating throughout. The apartment contains beautiful custom made sheepskin beanbags and rugs by Made and a collection of original artwork adorning the walls.

The bedroom area boasts a truly superb and comfortable king size bed with an excellent quality memory foam mattress ensuring a wonderful night’s sleep. Waking up in a peaceful, quiet place is very refreshing and makes this home a perfect urban retreat.

The new kitchen is fully equipped with the latest conveniences including a N espresso machine, a full size electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher & washer/dryer. The dining table seats 6min. Iron and ironing board provided.

The separate shower room and toilet is a newly built, modern to an extremely high standard with a rain shower. Monogrammed towels, slippers, dressing gowns & hairdryer provided.

The living area is equipped with a double sofa bed.

There is also a work area with a desk large enough to accommodate two people+ 'IDAPT' universal charger

With free super fast broadband WiFi internet access, Hi Definition TV including the ultimate Sky package (satellite) with a fantastic selection of channels.

Belsize Park is one of the most desirable, well-sought after, green and affluent areas of London.

No.7 is conveniently positioned between two excellent public transport links, with Belsize Park station on the northern line and Swiss Cottage on the Jubilee line, connecting you to almost anywhere in London in around 20mins.

With Belsize Park station (Northern Line) and Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line) only a short walk away you can find yourself in the West End in only 6mins (a 3 stop tube journey to Bond Street station direct on the Jubilee Line) taking you right into the Central London shopping of Oxford Street opposite Selfridges department store. Located in the historic Belsize Park, a safe, family and culture filled area, No.7 apartment is nestled between trendy Primrose Hill, lively Camden Lock and market and quaint Hampstead village. It is an ideal place from where you can explore London in all its glory and still have plenty of space and a good night’s rest.

The area, although only a stone’s throw from central London, has a charming village atmosphere, with the buzzing high street and a lovely selection of local shops, restaurants, cafes, charming pubs, bars, a health and beauty spa, the Hampstead theater (Swiss Cottage) and a boutique cinema where they will serve you a glass of wine to your seat (the Everyman Belsize Park) just around the corner. Along with historical landmarks to visit within walking distance, including Keats’ House (home of the poet) and Kenwood House (as featured in the film Notting Hill).

A short walk down the hill in Camden there is London’s most famous street market as well as a great range of bars, pubs, restaurants and gig venues, including the Roundhouse that hosts theatre and music performances regularly.

In the cobbled mews’ of Hampstead village there are a wide range of shops including teashops, the Hampstead Antiques Emporium for those who like to go antiquing, fashion shops and another boutique cinema (the Everyman Hampstead), all a short walk from No.7.

Located less than 5mins from Belsize Park tube station (Northern Line) which can take you directly to King's Cross (international station), London's theatreland (Leicester Square), the National Gallery, Portrait Gallery and Trafalgar Square (Charing Cross), the buzzing East End (Old Street), the financial district (Bank) and the stunning Southbank (London Bridge).

The apartment is also under 10mins from Swiss Cottage station (Jubilee line) providing quick access to the central shops (Bond Street), Houses of Parliament (Westminster), the London Eye (Waterloo) and the Tate Modern (Southwark) and the city.

The overground station at Hampstead Heath is under 20mins away with access to the two Westfield shopping centres (Stratford and Shepherds Bush), fashionable East London, including Brick Lane market (Shoreditch High Street) and Islington’s shopping heaven, Upper Street (Highbury & Islington).

There is also a frequent bus services in the local area (including 24hr services to east and central London in approx 20 mins).

We would ask our guest to be respectful of our

neighbours, and after 10.00pm to come in quietly

and do not use the patio as sound travels straight

up the upstairs bedroom and neighbours houses,

& to keep the door shut.

Please keep in mind that this is a family house,

and is not allowed to be used for parties. With

that in mind, we do not allow guests back at

antisocial hours.

I am very sorry to have to mention this but we

have recently had some very bad experiences!

This is a really beautiful property it is recently refurbished to a very high standard. It is a private property with your own private entry phone system, walk way and entrance. It is very close to the Jubilee Line which is a super fast tube line and will get you to central London in 8 minutes. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions, we are always happy to hear from you. Bright, airy apartment in lovely neighborhood

We spent a week at Emily's beautiful apartment with our two boys and it was absolutely perfect! Bright, airy and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. It's even larger than the photos appear.

I have been to London several times and I think that Belsize Park may be my new favorite neighborhood. It's nice to escape the hustle and bustle of London and relax in a more quiet area at the end of the day. Everything you might need is within walking distance of the apartment: Tube, bus, markets, cafes, pubs, etc.

We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Emily!

Beautiful Bright Belsize Flat

This is a wonderful, spacious and quiet flat in a very English part of London. It is a pleasant walk to Belsize underground even in the rain. Our resident London relatives were very impressed.

Great restaurants, pubs and grocery stores are nearby.

We (three seniors) stayed for 3 nights and returned for another 3 nights after spending a week in Hungary. It was like "coming home". Fresh flowers,water, milk and biscuits greeted us when we arrived and were there on our return.

"Rocker chick", Emily, even ordered up better weather when we remarked about the cold rain and wind that greeted us on our first day!

Thanks Emily for making our stay so pleasant, we hope to visit again soon. You deserve all the stellar reviews posted.

Wonderful luxury and comfort in Belsize Park

We enjoyed staying in this modern, sleek apartment for a period of 4 weeks.Our hosts were great, helpful and always available.The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos.We appreciated the fresh flowers left by the owners ,the regular replacement of fresh towels ,the wifi,all the available kitchen equipment,the size, just to name a few of the many joys of our stay. The apartment was perfectly located for our needs to visit our son in London's North West and at his work in the heart of London. Bus, tube and overland rail were all nearby. Belsize Park and neighbouring Hampstead and Primrose Hill are gorgeous suburbs.Highly recommend the property

and would like to revisit this or any of the other apartments owned by the owners in future.

We had a wonderful time here. The location is terrific - a short walk to the tube if you want to go into central London, but plenty of good restaurants, etc. right in the neighborhood. Also, the apartment is very quiet at night, which together with the comfortable bedding, towels, etc., made for a very relaxing stay. The owner is great to work with and we would definitely return!
