We loved everything about this apartment. If you are staying in Chicago this is the place. Clean, quiet, safe, and lots of space. Can’t say enough good. And a garage for parking. Super charming street and no traffic.

Property was great and located as stated. Quiet neighborhood. It was hard keeping the apt warm, but living in the South I'm not used to raising the thermostat over 73°.
Perfect from start to end....everything was well thought out. From toiletries to equipped office (outlets for usb and power).......will definitely stay Kai again and recommend to friends,,,,,,thanks
Excellent. Little mis-understanding regarding check-in but owners responded immediately. Excellent location, safe neighbor hood, very close to all activities and garage for parking vehicle was wonderful. Would highly reccommend!
Brilliantly Appointed Brownstone!!
We spent a long weekend in Chicago and found this lovely apartment to be perfect for our stay! The neighborhood was peaceful, fifteen minute walk to the L, a couple of small mom and pop eating establishments close by, and some new chain restaurants and coffee shops being built. We took Uber back and forth to Michigan Ave for less than $10 each way depending on time of day and demand. The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything one can think of that may be needed. Kai is wonderfully responsive to communication and very accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will definitely return!!

The apartment is located inside a vintage building located on a cul-de-sac street, that has been rehabbed to bring it up to current standards. Back in 2015, I fell in love with this vintage brick building and the neighborhood, and spend a whole year restoring this home ours. The unit has been finished with all modern amenities to provide for a comfortable stay. I hope our guests will love and enjoy the unit as much as we do. We are located in the Tri-Taylor neighborhood. This is an old Italian neighborhood, and serves as a small sanctuary inside the larger UIC/Illinois Medical District. Our property comes with a proper neighborhood feel, but is only 10 or so minutes from the city center. We are located close to the medical district, and the resident population consists of doctors, professionals, and medical students. A couple of policemen also stay on our street, keeping our street really safe! There are great schools close by, dog parks, a bakery, a few restaurants... everything that makes for a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood.
What makes this Apartment unique
The building provides a perfect balance between city life and a family oriented neighborhood. The unit provides access to lots of outdoor space - a proper patio, and a backyard with a grill, i.e. space to really hang out, if one should so desire. The detached two car garage is a rarity in the city confines. There is a large tree at the front of the house, that adds an unique character and provides peace and cool on warm summer days. The neighborhood is quiet, with a dog park close by... so you can bring in your pets and all of you can find a home and be comfortable.
