About Theresa Rossi
Local couple living in area for over 40 years.
Theresa Rossi purchased this House in 2013
Why Theresa Rossi chose Port Royal
The views are awesome and the property feels like a real coastal home!
What makes this House unique
Waterfront. Easy access to historical low country towns of Port Royal or Beaufort. Close to Charleston SC and Savannah Georgia. Nice waterfront towns with great sight seeing, restaurants, bars and shopping.
Super close to Parris Island, beautiful house
We stayed for our son's Marine Corps graduation. House is about 5 minutes from the front gate, which helped out greatly. Large kitchen & dining area and great back yard with 2 docks. Wish we would have more time to enjoy!
First time in a home rental at the beach
Other than coming back from the day at the beach on our last night there, we saw the owners at the property unannounced. The husband apparently was inside the home because he was locking the door in a hurry as we drove up & although it was nice meeting the owners, this made us felt very uneasy & for the rest of that night. I had trusted the owner enough to leave our personal belongings there while we were gone to the beach; assuming that the owner would email or call, if she needed to stop by for whatever reason but she did not make any contact. The owner said that they were there to take out the trash but nothing was taken out after we checked & it just did not make sense. FYI: This was not mentioned in the agreement. However, after all that's been said, my family & I did enjoy this property very much. We have always stayed in hotels & condos during our beach vacations in the past so we were lucky to get a rental home this time. The house was spacious enough for 7 people & we loved that the property had a doc for fishing & crabbing, which is what we did but sadly, we will not be renting this property in the future again due to the inconvenience that occurred while we were there.
Great place to stay
We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and in a great location
A comfortable home with a lovely view!
This home was perfect for our family. The kids really enjoyed the yard and the dock, and we enjoyed the view from the Carolina Room in the morning. The beds were very comfortable, and the open living room and kitchen area are great gathering spaces for everyone.
Thank you for a lovely stay!
Even better than the pictures.
We spent a quick weekend away with family. The home was lovely and had everything we needed. There were plenty of areas for hanging out and conversing, and the sunroom was the perfect place to just sit and watch the tide come in and out. We've already discussed heading back for a longer stay in the future.
Great place to stay for Marine graduation
Lovely house. We stayed here for both of our sons graduations. Felt like home away from home. Lots of room. Big deck with grill for dinners and hanging out. A great place to relax during a crazy week during graduation. So close to the front gate you can see the barracks on PI from the back yard.
Historical Port Royal and Beaufort . Less than 1.5 miles from Parris Island MCRD gate. Horse buggy tours in downtown Beaufort. Historical museum.
