Life Saver

This house was perfect for our family weekend. We were a family of 8 grown-ups (My husband and me and our three grown children plus spouses.) We had rented another house which was cancelled on us about 12 hours before we arrived in LA from Boston. After two nights in hotels, this house became available. It is spacious, clean, modern, has parking and in a great location. The owner was great to work with and we were glad to finally settle in. The kitchen had all the basics you need without being too cluttered. The only thing missing was two more coffee mugs so 8 people could have coffee in the morning. I would stay here again!

August stay

Ash was helpful and prompt. The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The only thing that bothered us was that the bathroom doors of three of the four didn't lock. We had a large group and it made it a bit difficult. Also, we did ask for an air bed but couldn't find it in the house. Other than that there were no major issues. Loved our stay and these little issues didn't affect our family vacation.

Spacious, great location

Our family (2 couples with our 3 children) stayed at the townhouse for 4 nights. We were very happy with the space, it was perfect for our group. With 3 full bathrooms and a powder room, there was always enough space for us to all get ready to go out. We could all sit comfortably to eat at the tables in the kitchen/dining area and to sit and watch tv in the evenings. The elevator in the house is really convenient for bringing the luggage up from the garage to the bedrooms. We had an incident the first day, with the elevator getting stuck, but we were able to figure it out after that. The garage is also convenient, as it is on the lower level of the property; we fit 2 cars in the garage & never had to park on the street. It would be nice if there was furniture on the terrace - it's a nice space, but there are no chairs or tables. Also, there are no blinds on the doors leading out to the terrace in the 3rd floor bedroom.

The location is great, it is close to everything, which is what we wanted ~ we didn't want to spend our time stuck in LA traffic. Brentwood & Westwood are within 10 minutes of the house - there are great restaurants & shopping in those areas. Also Santa Monica is about 15 minutes away. We love Santa Monica - there is so much to do there - shopping, restaurants, the pier, the beach, the aquarium. Beverly Hills is also nearby, just a short drive down Santa Monica Boulevard. The freeway is also right by the property, so it's easy to get to places that are further away, such as Universal & Dodgers Stadium.

I would definitely recommend this property for a group of our size. There is enough room for everyone to get together or to have your own private space. We loved our trip! We called the owner a few times & he was always readily available. We were happy with the customer service he provided.

Great LA Location

Stay was very enjoyable. Neighborhood is nice and convenient to highways and Santa Monica. Everything you need is nearby, in walking distance in most cases. Plenty of space and nice eating living area. Definitely would go back.
